Taco Bell

No, it’s not Mexican food. Yes, it’s delicious. No, it’s not healthy for you. Yes, it will fill you up for cheap.

It’s a well-​known fact that I’m a die hard fan of Jack in The Box tacos. However, I will admit that before JiTB came into my life, I was all about those Taco Bell 10 taco packs and whatnot!
Although I don’t stop by here anymore for anything besides the occasional breakfast wrap, I know they run a tight ship and that it’s not any place to be knocking. It’s always a place that I take into consideration and that’s on the negotiations table when it comes to fast food choices. Pretty good parking and a fast drive-​thru gives no reason to not come here, so why not try it!

Only Taco Bell on this side of the island. Super fast service. I’ve never had a problem ordering specialty orders love love love this Taco Bell

This is your friendly neighborhood fast food chain for Mexican food. Haha I don’t know about that. It’s fast food, pricey and not that great in my opinion. For the amount you pay, you’re better off going to Maui Tacos or someplace else within the Mexican food category.
Different strokes for different folks, Taco Bell is definitely not for me.

I like Taco Bell, its my ‘monthly treat’ if you catch my meaning when I need to dive into ice cream, chocolate and junk food. The only con to this place is the drive thru wait time. It gets really bad so I always end of going inside, its much faster, but either way sometimes they close the dining room for cleaning and it always seems to be at 7pm at night (PEAK HOURS) what is that crap? So sometimes I end of having to wait in the drive thru.
I have never had any issues with my tummy after eating her despite popular comedic representation of Taco Bells affect on bowel movements. I love the food, its always hot and well priced.
The only other problem I have is that every time I order I specifically as for no onions and its sometimes a frustrating process for me because there will almost always be a few that somehow managed to get in, I assume its because the onions are right next to the beans or maybe they are in to much of a rush and have some onions stuck on there gloves. I hate dehydrated onions there like water moth bombs in my mouth. BLAH!
Anyway aside from the occasional blunder of wait time and an onion the food is good and the service is great.

The food was okay. The service is what ticked me off. Their intercom thingy in the drive-​thru was broken I’m assuming, seeing as they had an employee outside relaying orders. I placed my order, and waited a long time to finally get up the window, due to an order mistake in the car before me. I thought it might have just been the customers, but no. Pretty positive it was the staff. They also got my order wrong too, then proceeded to talk smack about «it’s the customers, they’re bullshitting» and «yeah it’s the customers, because she (the lady outside) said.» RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I just took my food when they brought the rest of the order and left. I’m not going back.

I’ve never left a review for a fast food restaurant before, but this Taco Bell has earned it! They are consistent, fast and friendly! They are always our first choice if we just want something fast and easy!

This is our contingency plan, if we can’t figure out any other option. This taco bell is consistent, and hasn’t messed up our orders yet. Even though lines are often long, it doesn’t take a long time in the drive thru.

This location offers a newly remodeled dinning room, and everything you expect from a Taco Bell, fast cheap food. I veganize my meal by ordering a fresco bean burrito, minus red sauce, and add a side of rice. According to the Taco Bell website no animal products are used in this combination, and this creates a cheap dining alternative when out and about. This location does a good job at getting my strange order right.

Honestly one of the best meals I had in Hilo. A damn shame, really.

Location is a pain to get in and out of. It’s tied in with a supermarket and traffic flow sucks. Otherwise besides the rationing of the hot sauce it’s a typical Tacobell.

I use the drive through window here all the time. There is in-​door seating if you have the time, but as for me, I’m always in a hurry .
The food is always good and consistant, plus they give you a ton of hot sauce packets (cause I have a ziplock full of um at home, lol!)
The service is quick and friendly too! You can’t beat Taco Bell when it comes to price.
My only complaint is the parking situation. If there’s a long line at the drive-​thru, all of the parked cars are pretty well blocked in.
Other then that how can you go wrong when you are looking for a cheap meal?
Burritos, tacos and more, everything here is descent quality.
So, go ahead and run for the border!

When you need your mexican fix at a cheap price… you can never go wrong with Taco Bell.
