Great ice cream & they have eggless options. This place is in The Sea Pines Resort by the lighthouse.

Waited 20 mins(bc there was only one person working at dinner time) to be told they are out of coffee and never have cappuccino — however they have that advertised. Seems like a poorly run place. Not impressed.

Total disaster. Inferior ice cream to others in Harbour Town. Routinely close 15 minutes early. Must not need the business. Only thing they have going for them is a cute name. Sorry — skip it.

A little disappointing that they not serve blue bunny ice cream and they don’t make their own, but when it is raining and you don’t have another place to be, it’ll do! The vanilla kind of tasted like mint.

This place is exactly what you’d expect it to be. Terrible looking store, weak ice cream selection, average(at best) cleanliness, jaw-dropping prices, and the most spectacular location in Sea Pines. It’s absolutely the perfect place to go after dinner to treat the kids to a cone. The ideal rocking chairs that are spaced out under the lighthouse and overlook the marina are a perfect way to sit and enjoy your ice cream.

Don’t expect anything extravagant from here. I stepped in here thinking it would be a homemade ice cream type place. It’s just over priced blue bunny ice cream. Almost 8 bucks for two scoops? I could buy a quart at the grocery story for less. You’re better off drinking the salt water around the area.

Cups & Cones is a small ice cream parlor and coffee shop located just beneath the lighthouse at Harbour Town. The shop stocks a dozen different flavors of Blue Bunny Ice Cream. When I visited a couple weeks ago, the flavors were: Mint Chocolate Chip Vanilla Bean Rocky Road Butter Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Chocolate Cinnamon Peanut Butter & Fudge Birthday Cake Cookies & Cream Strawberry Cheesecake Chocolate Brownie Extreme I sampled almost every flavor and liked them all. There wasn’t a bad flavor. In order, my top three favorites were Birthday Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Chocolate Brownie Extreme. Honorable mention goes to Peanut Butter & Fudge. The Birthday Cake ice cream tasted like white cake and had blue frosting and candy swirls. As a fan of Coldstone Creamery’s Birthday Cake Remix, I was very pleased with Cups & Cones’(Blue Bunny’s) classic version. I’m glad I sampled the Chocolate Brownie Extreme because it was excellent. I ended up getting a scoop of it along with some others. If you like rich chocolate brownies, the flavor really comes through in the ice cream here. Same goes for the Peanut Butter & Fudge if you like fudge. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is an all-time favorite of mine ever since I was a kid. How can you go wrong with cookie dough ice cream? Blue Bunny’s rendition has mint chocolate chip cookie dough pieces inside of it. On top of that, the ice cream looks beautiful. Check out this photo: I think this was my first experience with Blue Bunny Ice Cream. It’s good! It’s a relatively lighter, softer ice cream. It reminds me of some brands you can find at the grocery store, but I don’t mean that in a bad way. It’s hard to find bad ice cream. The ice cream isn’t exceptionally rich nor creamy, it’s more silky and airy. I like it. Prices for ice cream scoops in a cup or cone were as follows: Single — $ 3.50 Double — $ 6.00 Triple — $ 7.00 The portion sizes are quite generous. I don’t think I’ve been to an ice cream parlor that serves scoops so big. You certainly get your money’s worth. Waffle cones and sundaes cost extra. Toppings include strawberries, peanuts, pecans, sprinkles, hot fudge, chocolate syrup, and caramel sauce. Other treats include ice cream cookie sandwiches, brownie sundaes, milkshakes, malts, and«Syberian Chills.» On the beverage side, you can get coffee(hot or iced), espresso, cappuccino, a latte, and hot chocolate, tea, and apple cider(seasonal). Cups & Cones is the official ice cream shop of the Sea Pines Resort. The employees who work here work for Sea Pines. Our server was Daryl, interning from the Philippines, and she was great. Very friendly. There’s limited seating inside and outside the shop. Your best bet is to enjoy your ice cream while walking around Harbour Town or sitting in one of the rocking chairs by the dock.

Location, location, location. Too bad the ice cream and décor were less than average. On the bright side — Serving sizes were good.

Cups and Cones is A-OK. No complaints. Good ice cream, and especially good when sandwiched between two of their wickedly-awesome chocolate chip cookies. Service was friendly and quick. Prices were reasonable for the amount of ice cream you get. My wife and I should have shared one of the ice cream cookie sandwiches because they were ginormous.
