The lines at this Starbucks get astronomically long, and years ago that used to be a problem, but my most recent visit, the staff was very pleasant and efficient! Until Hilton Head decides to or gets chosen by Starbucks for a 3rd location, this Starbucks is doing a good job of handling outrageous demand!

My order is rarely correct, baristas are not friendly or engaging. I feel like I’m putting them out by simply walking in the door. Parking is scary at best, and the space occupied by Starbucks is used very poorly. It’s not a comfortable spot to work remotely or meet friends.

I needed a coffee fix while on vacation and stopped into this Starbucks. It was typical Starbuck’s store. I was able to get my usual coffee selection. I appreciate the uniformity of the Starbucks stores. You know what to expect.

Starbucks overall gets a five star but the lady that worked at this store gets a 0 star. Dark hair, late 20’s, skinny, snooty attitude… she’s the worst ever! Totally couldn’t believe how we witnessed her argue with another customer and when it was our turn, she definitely gave us the same shi*** service!

This Starbucks is located right outside the entrance/​exit to Sea Pines, where we’re staying on vacation… so needless to say, we’ve stopped here a few times already (and will probably be there at least one more time before we leave the island).
Typical Starbucks — good Frappuccino’s, friendly staff, and plenty of locals & tourists hanging out. Several outdoor seating options, which were nice. My lemon pound cake slice wasn’t as fresh as it usually it.
Parking right in front of the store can make it tough to back out because lots of other traffic, so perhaps choose a spot off to the side.

In the summertime, this has to be one of the busiest Starbucks locations in the low country. Expect to queue up once inside. The staff does all that they can to move through the line. The parking lot is a pain to navigate because it gets a lot of through traffic from people heading to Publix and Walgreens. Bring your patience here. Other than that, it’s just your typical Starbucks.

It was raining last week and one of the barista’s was so kind to everyone with her quaint southern accent, making being at starbucks instead of the beach that much better.
