Stayed Feb 4 – 7, 2016. Decided to try since farm to table. Delicious meal! Scallop Appetizer was full of flavor. Short ribs and lump crab pasta excellent. Noël and Patrick were outstanding. Would recommend, not your average hotel food!

We stayed at the Westin. And since we were very tired to eat out, we decided to try one of the restaurants at the hotel! Glad that we did. Ambiance was awesome! Great sitting arrangements. Service was impeccable! Everyone was very pleasant. As for the food, I didn’t care a whole lot for my Salmon dish. I felt it was overlooked. The broth and sides it came with was however excellent. If you order the salmon be sure to let them know how you like it made. If you like it well done, then you will enjoy this dish. The short ribs was excellent!!! It definitely tasted as though it was slow roasted and was flavorful. The creamy mashed potatoes accompanying this dish was also great! We also are here for one breakfast one of the days. They have option of buffet or al a carte. Definitely go with the buffet!!! Great variety! And it was great that they had someone making omelette made to order! Complementary coffee and tea or juice. Was only $ 22.95!

Pros: wait staff impeccable, they wine and dine you, shrimp fettucinni fabulous just need to season shrimp more Cons: room is very bright(no ambience), host needs a lesson in friendliness

My husband and I ate dinner here a few nights ago. We first ordered a bottle of wine and perused the menu. For a starter my husband had the fried pork belly, very mediocre. We both had the seafood pasta with shrimp and lump crab, mine was barely warm and the crab virtually non existent. It was topped by two white bread triangles of garlic toast. Overall pretty bland. The ambience in this room is cold, modern and sterile, not a warm inviting atmosphere by any means. Prices are high for value but it was the only restaurant open that night at the Westin Hilton Head. Needless to say we did not return during our stay.

Stopped in Hilton Head and stayed at The Westin for one night on our way back to NYC so didn’t want to deal with driving to a restaurant so this was the perfect way to end our vacation. I had a Shrimp and Crab Fettucine Alfredo which was really good thick chunks of crab. My husband had short ribs which he said were nice and tender. The kids had burgers which were cooked to their liking and we shared mussels as an appetizer. Our waiter was very nice made sure my Chenin Blanc was flowing which always makes Mama happy!
