We have been to Hilton Head several times for fun and exploration, and used rental agents in each case. We found The Vacation Company this time, anticipating our grandchildren and daughter-​in-​law daughter and son-​in-​law joining during the two week stay.
Beth and Mark were outstanding in every category of responsiveness and customer service possible. There was an issue with wi-​fi and within minutes a knock on the door. Their internet specialist was on the job and worked the issue to conclusion, with call backs to ensure we were satisfied with the results. We would recommend The Vacation Company every time!
