The staff here is courteous and professional, but the speed of service leaves something to be desired. I dropped off my iPad mini for digitizer repair(cracked screen) around lunchtime on a Monday. The girl behind the counter told me it would be ready between 4:00 and 5:00, and that they’d give me a call when it was done. I didn’t receive a phone call before the close of business(6:00), so I stopped by the store the next morning at 1030. I was met by a kind girl who checked and told me that it would be ready around lunch time, and that they would call me. After not hearing from them all day, I called the shop at 5:50, 10 minutes before close. They told me that the tech had just finished the repair and that I could come pick it up for $ 125. I couldn’t make it in time before they closed, so I had to return one Wednesday, two days after the 4 hours they quoted me. I also asked them to replace a faulty power switch in a Samsung Infuse, but they declined and offered instead to courier my phone to savannah for extensive troubleshooting for $ 100. I’d already troubleshooted the problem myself, just needed a steadier hand than mine to make the repair. Found another shop to replace the power switch for $ 30. I wouldn’t call my experience a terrible one, but I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

ACTUALLYITIS A NEGATIVE2STARS! This place sucks, the sales guy distracts you from the quality of their products, by lying straight to your face. He told us that the«Love Proof» case was the same as the«Life Proof» case. he said that the love proof case was $ 99.00, but had been marked down because of complaints. This store sells cheap ass knock offs from China! He tells you everything, but skips the«ALLSALESAREFINAL» policy. When I went back to get a refund, he tells me no refunds. I have never been so mad,. This place is a rip off STAYAWAY&TELLYOURCHILDRENTODOTHESAME!

Customer service in this place rocks ! I had a screen replaced on one of my iPads at their store in Savannah and they technician forgot to take the screen off on the inside of the digitizer. They gave me no trouble on fixing it and I will have it back in two days. Great place and great customer service !
