Food has been good every time I have been here. The manager Keith(great name btw) has been great on repeated visits, both with me and my children. He keeps the children busy and interacts with with them. Great place.

The layout is a little funky with all the ordering and pickup in the back of the place, which is somewhat of a long corridor. My burger was under done, the buffalo sauce was good by i did not expect all the veggies on top. My daughter liked the kids burger but thought the orange holder was unnecessary and did not care for the beans/applesauce and rubbery broccoli. The kids smoothie was way to small. My wife liked the watermelon and feta salad.

Awful– just awful. Everything from the management to the unprofessional and unsanitary help in this place is terrible. Twice in the last two months in two separate occasions both my husband and I have found pubic hairs in our burgers — totally and utterly disgusting. Not to mention the flies I often see buzzing around the kitchen — always a sign of an unsanitary food prep area. This place was decent when it first opened but it’s gone downhill between the increasingly poor management and staff. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. I do want to add that I have been to other locations such as Summer Street downtown and both the staff and quality of food was much better.

Burgers are perfection! They do a great job. Love how they get all the ingredients from local farms. Everything seems so clean, & fresh

The food and service here are five star, I’m giving it three as I think they should have protection around the herbs they grow in the restaurant. I watched a couple of children coughing as they stood on the chairs picking at the herds.

Great quality food and love their burgers but a long wait for a counter service place

First time here, great food! Much better quality than fast food places. Definitely a little pricey, but I guess that’s what you get when you want to eat better. The yelling is sort of awkward when they laugh at your name or try and joke around. You already feel like a fatty walking up in front of everyone for your double cheese burger and fries, no need to make everyone turn around!

Food is decent but service is slow and inexperienced. All the tables were dirty and everything was sticky like it was wiped down with a gross rag. Food is pretty good. I’ve eaten at another b. good before and enjoy the grub but this place could benefit from better management.

Food is well sourced which is nice. Fries always soggy. But the main problem is how long you WAIT for your order. 20 minutes is normal for a burger and fries. I ordered one shake, and I’m still waiting 15 mins later.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while and it did not disappoint. the food was oh so yummy. Service was quick, simliar to Panera or Chipolte. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. You could see the food prep from the dining area. Love that they use local ingredients. Lots of fresh healthy choices. Good options for kids too.

I use to love this place. The staff use to be friendly. Now all they do is yell throughout the store in another language(not opposed to people speaking their own language, just no need to YELL consistently). And they aren’t to pleasant to the paying customers either. It just cost me $ 11 for a chicken sandwich and sweet potatoes. Ridiculous. And, to top it off, why the hell did the company EVER get rid of their ‘secret sauce’?? Won’t ever go there again. It’s a shame, too. Because the food is good. Overpriced, but good. So long B. Good.

What happened to this place? I used to come in all the time when they first opened. I suggested this place to my boyfriend who wanted a decent burger. First off, it was completely staffed by kids. They were falling on the floor, ignoring customers and making jokes. I’m all for having fun at work but that’s dangerous. My boyfriend ordered one burger, fries, a drink, and a side of corn on the cob… it cost $ 19. Completely outrageous. I’m sorry, I understand it’s local and organic but for $ 19 for ONEMEAL it better be good and unfortunately it wasn’t. The fries were over cooked and cold and the burger was tiny. I’m so disappointed with my visit. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon and I won’t be recommending it either.

On Sunday 08/02, I visited BGOOD @ hingham. This was my first visit and had lot of hope based on my friends review. I had ordered for a Veggie Burger and real fries. After a half an hour wait i ended getting it and took it home for meal. When i opened i see this burger meant 2 bread pieces and patty. No veggies or sauce or lettuce. Fries where even bad, Like some potatoes where smashed and fried. Even though it was late already, I went ahead returned it in Shop and gave them a firm feedback. I was about walk back and some from store called me back to have the charges voided. Here comes the sad part — They tell me your charges are voided, and today when i see account i have been charged and there is neither reversal nor a credit back. I checked the void receipt and i see the receipt mentions change tendered which was never given to me. Receipt Date & time for your video reference — 08/02/201507:15PM. I felt cheated by your shop! Ref # C403100001. Worst ever treatment in american restaurant. Will never go to this place.

I like the Concept of locally grown, but does everything in the place have to be organic. The person cooking my food just left it and started to clean the juice machine. My burger was tasteless and just burnt from sitting there. Overpriced, for unseasonably burgers and fries. I won’t be coming back

Love this place. Got a turkey burger and sweet potato fries. Order was ready in 5 minutes. Fries were not hot, kind of a downer. I frequent this place often and that’s the first experience with cold fries. Really friendly staff, online ordering is easy when you need to be in and out.

One word: tasteless. I got the Westside burger with sweet potato fries on the side. Expecting crispy fries, I was letdown to get soggy, flaccid sweet potato chunks that lacked any sort of flavor. The burger was the bigger disappointment. The Westside had salsa, avocado, chipotle sauce yet I never got a taste of any sort of flavor. The burger patty clearly was not seasoned with anything. Bland bland bland. It’s hard to disappoint me with a burger, but this place definitely did.

Awesome experience. The food was great and the staff were all so kind. It was at closing time and they neither pressured me to eat fast or anything likewise. Def coming back!

Love this place, especially for gluten-free eating. We used to live closer to the Dedham location. After moving out of the area for 20 months, we now live closest to the Hingham location. We are very pleased with the changes they have made. When we ordered today, we requested gluten-free buns. The cashier asked if it was a preference or an allergy. How awesome is that? It’s an allergy for my kids, and we appreciate their care. I love their attention to details and their creativity. No HFCS in the ketchup, for instance, and no artificial dyes in the sodas, as well as no corn syrup again. My kids can’t eat dairy, either, and the GF buns are dairy free as well. Let me tell you — after almost 7 years of dealing with food sensitivities, it’s nice to order almost completely off the menu. Good job, b good!

Oooof. O.K. I was hungry, so I went back. Come on now ‘b. Good’ is pretty much now ‘Not so Good.” If these guys want to see how an upscale burger joint is suppose to be why not wander over to a 5 Guys and check it out? So the ingredients are kind of ‘locally sourced,’ but who really cares? For a $ 11 burger, fries and drink give me Midwest beef, Idaho potatoes, brand named soda and brand named ketchup! Garbage in, garbage out it looks like. Burger — a ‘Cousin Oliver’ with crumbly, over cooked beef. Watching the guy press the juices out of the burger while it was cooking on the grill should have been the first hint that this is not going well. Cooking a burger /grilling a burger 101 — DON’T PRESSTHEHELLOUTOFTHEBURGERWHILEIT’S COOKING! Professional cook? No way. Tasteless slab of meat. I can honestly say I’ve had better quarter Pounders for half the price. Fries. What’s up with these Turbo-chef oven cooked tiny little thumb sized broken down fries? Limp & tiny… not exactly the way you want to be remembered there big boy. General appearance — seems the place is getting a bit tried and need a full-time dining area cleaning person(a la 5 Guys). Just by looking at the place it seems like an amateur attempt manned by amateurs.
