I cannot believe the number of times that I have walked into the store and been COMPLETELY IGNORED. this is not because the store or the saleswomen are busy. It must be because I am not a size 0 or one of their Hingham regulars who are greeted effusively.
I keep going back into the store when I’m at Derby St –just to see if anyone will offer to help me and/or at least tell me what «discount» of the day they have going on –but NOTHING!
Worst customer servivce of any Chico’s I’ve ever been in!

What a great experience! My mother visited the store to find an outfit for an upcoming wedding. We were graciously greeted and assisted by Wendy. She really listened to what my mother’s needs were and worked tirelessly suggesting options for the wedding. She came up with lots of really fantastic options and made the whole experience a joy. We’ll definitely be back.
