I love this store but the sales associates were not helpful at all, or even inviting. This is one of my favorite stores and I was very excited to see one on the shopping mall where I was but once I entered I noticed the sales associates were busy gossiping and not greeting or helping customers. I purchases a cute bag for $ 20 :)

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience here the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products they sell! Prices are very reasonable, some of the clothing is extremely «trendy» but the majority of it is extremely wearable and cute. There is something for everyone at Francescas! Don’t be afraid to ask an employee for assistance in finding an outfit, one of the girls has her own Personal Styling business on the side, good advice for free!
