THEWORST. First impression the waiting area is not particularly clean or inviting. The staff at the front are in a word inept. Despite a lengthy and thorough discussion of having two in for a message, which necessitated a change of time to accommodate the need for an additional masseur, our appointment was lost. We were informed that it was our mistake. No apology. As such I can’t review the massage

I’ve been a member at this Elements Massage location for over a year now. The quality of the massage is, as always, dependent upon the skills of your massage therapist. I’ve had some that were pathetic, others that were OK, and others that were quite good. I found one massage therapist who was innately skilled at her craft, but she left suddenly and I had to find another. The group seems to be quite transient — definitely the downside of this place. Of a more annoying nature is the manager of this location. I purchased a gift card for my employee some time ago(the location pushes these from time to time), but was NEVER informed that the card can only be used that that location. My employee lives about 45 minutes away in the suburbs west of Boston. These Elements Massage businesses are all over, including in the western suburbs; however, don’t be fooled, their gift cards are not acceptable at other locations. I have been asking for some consideration here, and the manager suggested at first that it MIGHT be possible to work out an exchange with another location. Then he stopped responding to me. The last message I received from him was ½/15, and he is now, once again, ignoring my emails. I cannot imagine why this business owner keeps him on as manager because he does no good to their clientele. Bottom line — don’t expect a professional response from the manager if you ever raise a concern or have a complaint!

The best money I’ve spent on a massage in a long time. If you’re looking for the best bang for your buck give Elements a shot. They offer introductory rate massages and if you enroll in a monthly membership you can continue to get massages at a discounted rate. The customer service from the reception could use a little help, but they are receptionists; take it for what it’s worth. The therapist I saw was Patrice she was super sweet, extremely knowledgeable and professional. The spa itself is updated and very clean. I am sure this will be my first of many massages at Elements.

I received a deep tissue massage from christian here. I had recently stopped going to my old massage place since new people took over and was very pleased. Christian was very professional and I like deep tissue massages and she gave me exactly what i signed up for. The environment was very relaxing and comfortable. The only thing that was out of Christians hands and bothered me a little was that I had signed up for one of the first appointments of they day and since I was a new client and needed to fill out paper work before my massage I was asked to arrive early. When I arrived early the staff was not present yet and I ended up having to wait at Panera Bread next door until the key holder showed up.

Had a massage here recently and it was a very pleasant experience. I’m a little sore after but it was a deep tissue massage so that’s to be expected. The movability in my neck is so much better than when I walked in though. The space itself was very relaxing and the massage itself was great. They will try and sell you on the wellness program but two«no thanks» seemed to do the trick. The water and chocolate after was a nice touch… will definitely be back, just am not into committing to a monthly program.
