I also bought a Groupon for 2 massages and have not had 3 messages returned by this outfit. I’ve now contacted Groupon who will hopefully given me a refund b/​c I’m now thinking a massage may not be a great idea in the unlikely event they ever return my call.
Groupon should be more careful about who they endorse when they offer services not intended to be delivered. This company took my money so stay away.
The bad news for Presence Wellnes is that I’m a Hingham resident and will take every opportunity to trash them which unfortunately is their own doing.

Is this even a legitimate place? I purchased a Groupon for a massage here and left several messages/​texts as it said to do in the groupon instructions — all to no avail. NEVER responded or got back to me. My Groupon by this time had expired — which is what I think their original plan was. This way you have to spend more money to get the massage you paid for.
I contacted Groupon whose customer service, unlike this place, is fantastic, and they issued me a credit. I would rather lose my money than give this shady place my business. Rude and extremely poor follow through. As a business owner myself, I would NEVER not reply to a customer. BS company.

Not a legitimate business. Purchased a groupon for my girlfriend for Christmas. We called to schedule an appointment — person answers «hello». Turns out it’s the owners cell phone (Jenell). She says we need to call a different number to schedule the appointment. Called that number which turns out to be another cell phone (a person named MaryEllen). We leave a message for her. Tried texting as well — no response. After several days no call back so we tried her again. Finally 3 days later she gets back to us and says she doesn’t have an opening for 2 weeks. She then gave us the name of some man (Bill). Call Bill who answers — we ask him if this is a legit business. He says Jenell «has a lot going on». However he can do a massage. In fact he says he’ll do one for her on MLK day (a holiday). Thinking about it we decide to hold off. Since we’ve walked by the shop during this whole thing we know it is usually empty. Decide her going by herself (I have to work) is not a good idea. Will contact Groupon to get money back.

I purchased a Groupon for a package of massages, it was a great decision. The treatment rooms are clean and very soothing.
I was seen by Russell, who had extensive knowledge of the body and muscular systems. He was able to quickly identify the structural problems with my back and hips and has helped me tremendously. He is wonderful and possesses immense knowledge. If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t hesitate. Go see Russell, you’ll be thankful you did.

I’m so glad that I found this place. I think Janell is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She is very kind, funny and made me feel very comfortable right from the start. Her massages are effective, therapeutic and I just want to sleep right there when she’s done.

AMAZING! Just had my first massage with Jenell and she was fantastic. So friendly and professional, I feel like she’s my new best friend! Presence Wellness is also so beautiful, I loved just being in the office. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Hingham area and beyond! Already made my second appointment.

Hurt my back this weekend and got a last minute massage today on my lunch break. WOW! Have walked by this place a bunch of times but never stopped in and so glad that I did. It’s very calm and clean and the therapist did a great job with my back pain. I was so relaxed I didn’t want to go back to work (surprise!!). Will definitely be back soon.
