Great, fast experience. This was my first time in the store and Diana assisted me. She knew everything in detail about every mattress and bed in there and educated me about them as well. I was pleasantly surprised. No high pressure sales. And she went the extra mile to get one of the bed parts from another warehouse location, so it would arrive together with everything else.
They have great warrantees to cover any problems
I found a Serta pillow top that’s very comfortable.
Happy customer and I give 5 stars because of the great service. I would definitely recommend this Sleepy’s if you want great customer service and fast delivery.

Heavy on sales very very very poor on customer service. It is the old sell it and forget it. Long wait, bounce around. Nobody on the customer service calls cares about customer satisfaction. Not a fan.

If I could do 0 stars I would I had an awful experience with this store and the sleepys corporation in general! I bought a bed and it broke within 2 months it took me 3 months to get the customer service to give me a credit and it wasn’t even for my full purchase! Then they told me I had to use the full credit at the same time but why would I buy anything else from there and spend more money at a place that there stuff brakes within months! Do not order anything from this company you will regret it !
