Amazing pizza and amazing customer service! We had a little mishap with ordering via EatStreet, but they took care of it and made it right. By far our favorite Chicago pizza!

Where do I start… first time my family ordered from this establishment. Placed our order at 6:49pm, it is now 8:13pm. Around 8:00pm, right after I called for the status update, our order arrived. We ordered a breaded steak sandwich, a cheeseburger and a pepper and egg sandwich. Well, the proper and egg arrived with two small fries. Called the driver to inform them and they are bringing the rest of the order. Ok great. Now, halfway through my husbands pepper and egg, he chokes on this huge piece of… plastic or clear wrap? I don’t even know what to say.

Good prices for lunch and brick oven pizza makes this a unique and ore modest dining choice in this ritzy expensive town. it was good to see this town still have some small family run business and something aside from luxury restaurants in this charming looking downtown. The pizza is incredible and sandwich prices reasonable.

Great food, great staff. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Meatballs are fresh, vodka sauce is amazing. Will be back!

Got cheeseburger and fries. They did not cook it medium rare as requested. But the fries were plentiful and tasty.

Delicious, as always. We had it delivered and it arrived like in 20 minutes. We got the 14″ pie. But, we felt the 16″ was more what we wanted — you can’t go wrong with more Baldinelli’s. The crust is unique — and the best in this area, in my opinion. It brings together Chicago crust and NYC crust. Pepperoni is out family favorite topping. But the sausage/onion pie is great, too. They’ll even slice it into triangles upon request.

Love the new great location and large new menu. Same great food as always, but now lots of other great items like burgers, sandwiches, pasta, & salads. Good pizza also by the slice!

We not only love the thin crust pizza but also love the Caesar salad! The service is great and we love the new location. We live in the city and make an effort to get Baldinelli’s whenever we find ourselves in the Western Suburbs.

First time going to Baldinelli pizza and it won’t be my last. I was celebrating my son’s birthday party there and Vince was super awesome handling everything for us. Everyone at Baldinelli was sweet and accommodating. Everyone felt comfortable, great service, clean place, and the pizza was fantastic!

I kind of expected better presentation after paying $ 4.25 plus tax for a single slice of average sausage pizza. I asked for it to go, and it was handed to me lukewarm in a paper bag which got soaked through with grease immediately and was useless as an eating vessel. Had to drive home with the bag on the floor so it wouldn’t get grease everywhere, 5 mins later the cheese was room temp solid. 2 stars because it was still edible, but not worth it.

Nice seating inside and out. Cheese pizza slice was ehh. Bosco sticks were awesome. Cannoli shell was soft and soggy, nice plate presentation. Water had a soapy taste. Lemon Italian ice was pretty good but no real lemon slices were present. Great service by order taker.

I took my young daughter(20 months) to Baldinelli’s Pizza yesterday. Great experience! The cheese pizza slice we shared was great, but what blew me away was the customer service. Everything was a «yes sir» or a «no sir”– not necessary, but pretty cool nonetheless. I really like the new location as well. Very clean, appealing to the eyes. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will be back and we’ll check out the desserts next time.

Only had delivery but great that they deliver for free during lunch since my husband and I work from home. Great thin crust! Very excited to try all other things on the menu.

The pizza here is phenomenal. The best around. The perfect amounts of sauce and toppings. We had a birthday party here and the banquet space, food and service were all great. I highly recommend Baldinelli’s for your next event. Vince and family are easy to work with, accommodating, and just plain nice. People raved about the food.

Had an amazing experience dining at Baldinelli’s from the complex but flavorful chop salad, the deliciously crusted brick oven pizza, and the creamy tiramisu gelato! A family business who has their whole hearts on a plate. Great prices and you will definitely leave full! Love love love! Can’t wait to go back!

Kind of pricy pizza but the thin crust rocks! I don’t know what it is about this pizza, but it is just right. Also very fast to get your pizza. I think we will definitely be ordering from here again, hoping for another pizza craving soon!

You ever have a customer service so poor that it forever taints your experience of a place? I had it at Baldinelli’s, a solid if unspectacular pizza joint. Let’s say you offer a coupon on that features one restriction, a minimum purchase. Let’s say a customer places an order and tries to use that coupon only to be told: 1.) «What is this? I don’t know what this is.» 2.) «We don’t take coupons on weekends.» BUt that restriction isn’t on your coupon. «WE reserve the right to honor coupons at our discretion.» Huh?
