We had genesis roller shades and wood blinds installed in our home. Erin Hurkes came to our home with a fabulous selection of samples and helped us choosing the style and color we wanted. The installer came out and did a top notch job installing all the products we ordered. He was very courteous and neat. We recently needed some help with customer service and Rayann Reid took care of that promptly. I must say that from the quality of the products, the installation and the friendly and prompt customer service we received, that we would totally recommend Drapery Connection to anyone looking for expert service for any drapery needs.
