Lobby smells like cigarette smoke, bad! I believe this is not from the rooms themselves but from the receptions room/office. Rooms were very clean. There was some outside noise but by 11:00pm it was very quiet. Beds were ok although they seemed a bit shorter than a normal sized bed, feet hung off the end. This might have been due to the horrible pillows. Four pillows per bed. Two pillows would make a regular sized pillow but they were roundish. Firm, round pillows to which were not like the one I have at home. This made it difficult to rest comfortably. Typical HVAC window until. The bad thing was that I think it was the first time the heater was used this year. The smell of burning lint filled the air for quite a while. Another bad thing with these units, no humidity when the heater runs. It would dry the air out so bad that our sinuses ached. I almost turned the shower on to run thru the night but I didn’t. Was a little anoyed with the tv. They had programmed it for the picture to be zoomed. This made it difficult to view the edges of the screen because whatever was on the edge(logo, CC, etc) was cut off or off the screen.

We found this hotel to be as close to my sister as possible. They were extremely accomadating of our large family both in the phone and while checking in. Breakfast was great and the pool is clean.

DONOTSTAYHERE! The customer service is horrible. The owners/managers(husband and wife?) were rude and questioned everything we needed such as toilet paper, towels, and food(«complimentary breakfast»). We were FOUR girls staying in a room, reuniting for a wedding. Apparently we were too loud so other customers had to be moved to different rooms. The people staying at this hotel were much older. We could not play music or talk without receiving a complaint. After we checked out, my friend realized she left a souvenir cup behind. They were nice enough to hold it/give it back to her but then accused her of taking a hanger from the room. The staff made us feel like they were out to get us. Now we’re just waiting to see if they’re going to charge her credit card for a missing hanger. Extremely unsatisfied with this hotel, but completely in love with the hospitality we received everywhere else.
