I went to this Jcpenny for the family photos and I must say that the photographers were great and very patient. I have two little little one and they enjoyed as well. Definitely will be going back to this studio. The service was top notch.

I’m not a big shopper of KCPenneys but, I love Sephora located inside JCPenney. I went in looking for Becca Cosmetics and Christy helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Christy is awesome and she showed me several other products by Becca, Anastasia, and Smashbox. She was knowledgeable of each brand and gave me samples! I normally order my makeup through
but, I will come see Christy from now on! All the girls are super friendly and always give out samples and suggestions!

I’ve been driving quite a distance to shop at the Hiram Penney’s since the store in Cumberland Mall was closed years ago. I am never disappointed when I shop there. The quality and selection of merchandise is excellent. The store has a lot of visual appeal, much like a Belk’s or Macy’s. And, the associates are helpful and friendly. They understand the value of time and will work hard to get you checked out in an efficient manner. Worth the drive… for sure!

Not a great selection of anything. You would think from the looks on the outside of the store it would be a great selection. Get inside and their is a few things to shop for. Need a better selection.

By far the worst JCPennys I’ve ever been in, everything was a total wreck no sizes were in order crap was falling off the hangars if you brushed by it super light. Shopping here today actually put me in a bad mood. I won’t come back here even for sephora, and that’s my favorite store, and where I should have stayed when I got here

Clean & fancy don’t even look like a JCP. And very good customer service… they placed a blouse on hold for me… they has been SOLD OUT online & it was discounted to less than what I expected to pay! Yes, this really made my Mommies Day!

I went here last minute for a hair cut and I must say, I was very happy with the outcome. It’s a nice change of pace from the usual uppity salons that I go to. Give it a try!
