A company is only as good as the weakest link…
The sales guys Don and Michael were very patient in allowing me to pick out the best mattress and adjustable base. I must have spent a total of 6 hours. They were very accommodating to ensure I got the best fit more me. I made my selection and had the sales guy add please call 1 hour ahead of time to allow for the customer to get home to receive the merchandise. Up to this point, I would give 5 of 5 stars.
On the day of delivery…
To prepare for delivery, I gave my old mattress to a friend who wanted my old one. I also wanted to vacuum under the bed. My vacuum doesn’t fit under the bed very well. Later around delivery time, I get voicemail as they were pulling up in front of my house. I call them back. They told me they don’t give 1 hour advanced notice and if I cannot be there in 20 minutes I’ll have to reschedule the delivery. Also, they can’t deliver the next and come back. Now I’m sleeping on an air mattress and I’m not sure when I can take delivery for the next week.
Thanks Mattress Firm delivery department for following directions and being accommodating as the sales staff is.
At this point, I may cancel the order and pick another company that will want my business.

Best place ever to buy a mattress. Love the staff. Lots to choose from and very informative and knowledgeable people. Thank so much for all the help guys.
