Horrible customer service! Horrible work ethic! Horrible job done twice! My nails are snagging on my clothes. I had to ask him to polish the front edge of my nails. A nail salon owner should know this without being told. Shame on the two of them for using their supposed lack of understanding of the English language to rip people off. Lucky for them, my peace-​loving husband was with me tonight or I would have given them what for! They deserve to go out of business and they will, if they continue such shoddy business tactics. I’m sure they got a good laugh after we left… stupid Americans… they pay us twice for same crappy service. Well, never again! I gave you a chance to redeem yourselves and you took full advantage! You even tasted and kept my home baked cheesecake that I gave you in return for your time… and still had the audacity to ask for payment! I don’t believe your OPI polish is any better quality than the ASP brand I let you use (free of charge) on my nails. And IF your policy is to stand behind your service and promises ONLY when a customer uses YOUR polish, then by God, make that clear from the beginning! And who uses a grinding power tool to remove the old gel polish? That cannot be good for my nails! Never again! The only thing evil needs to flourish is for good people to stand by and do nothing and say nothing. I will be telling all my friends and acquaintances about this horrible little shop behind Osaka. Avoid it at all cost! You have been warned!

I can’t give them 0 stars, or I would. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN. I got gel on my nails. My nails finally grew out long and thick before I walked in. I walked in 20 minutes before close. She (whom ever was working) was in a bad mood from me coming in and I should have known then to not get my nails done. (it’s business and you’re making money for a living, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE) I live in Honolulu and was visiting family. She Used a NAIL FILE MACHINE to get gel off my nails. NO, at that point I was so stupid not to cuss her out and walk away. I don’t know what was into me. I was hopeful thinking she knew what she was doing. When you get gel, you do not file them down. The whole point of gel is to keep preserve your nails from breaking. There’s a solvent you have to soak your nails in to get it off, she used a NAIL FILE MACHINE on them. YOU DO NOT FILE GEL OFF YOUR NAILS!!! All my nails have broke in plus I did the fade and it looked like shit. I did a black fade, and she didn’t tell me she couldn’t do that. IF YOU CANT DO SOMETHING TELL THE CUSTOMER, INSTEAD OF THEM GETTING UPSET THAT YOU CANT DO IT ! She took 30 mins on my nails. I will always stick to my lady here at Pearl ridge, Honolulu because she puts her heart and SOUL and 1hr 15 mins to do my nails. But because my sister in law INSISTED on paying to get my nails done I went here. Customers are not numbers, so be loyal to who come in the door and you’ll get much better reviews. I would say training needs to be done at this place. In plus it was so hot, they turn off the AC an hour before they close to save money. I couldn’t breathe in there.

This place is awful! I have tried getting a good manicure all over town and found this place and the service was terrible. I didn’t get the whole service of a basic manicure and my nails started chipping the next day! The edges were terrible and nails were jagged. My mom went too and her nails looked like a 5 year old did it.

Great Place! My daughter and I visited this nail salon this weekend and though the wait was a bit long. It was well worth the wait. The service was exceptional and the comfort level was awesome. They take their time when doing your nails and the outcome is perfection. Both my daughter and I will definitely return for our 2^nd visit and hope to make this our home for nail services. Have yet to try the other services but from the looks of the other customers who were getting other things done they seemed to be pleased and repeat customers. So glad that I found this place — I cannot tell to you how hard it is to find a salon that can rate a perfect score.

The manager has a horrible attitude! She does not care about her customers at all! She had the nerve to ask my adopted 8 year old if she «staying» with me. When I told her that that was my daughter she said you must look like your father! I do not know how this place stays in business with the attitude they give their customers.

The best pedi Mani in the area!!! Best I ever had and I’ve tried them all. Massage your sholders and legs and feet lasted for like 15 minutes. Great for pregnancy. Nail polish lasted for longer than usual. Great design. My fav place to relax. By far the best!
