If I could I would give OfficeMax –5 stars. I went in to ship 3 packages that were all ready with shipping labels printed. When I walked in there were 2 people working the printing and shipping counter and a man on his cellphone, there were 2 customers at the counters and a few others waiting in line. I waited for 10 minutes before being helped and when I was helped the woman told me to go down to the shipping section of the counter. I walked do there and waited another 10 minutes. A woman come down to use the computer on the counter and had a question and was helped almost immediately– Wow really??? I couldn’t believe I was overlooked standing there with my double stroller which is quite large and 3 large packages sitting on the counter I front of me. So after waiting yet again another 10 minutes I was finally helped to only be told that I can’t drop off my packages there because they do not have a contract with UPS. If I had not had my 2 small children with me I would have told them a thing or two. Let me remind you all I needed to do was tape the shipping labels and drop off the packages. I probably waited too long but it was chilly outside and I didn’t want to pull my boys out in the cold at another store. Don’t waste your time with OfficeMax– the staff are extremely extremely slow and very very rude!

Horrible service. If you go here keep all receipts because they seem to not keep any public record of you buying anything. With this said they then outsource you to their overseas customer service even during working day hours. Somehow $ 150+ dollars has disappeared in their system and the item was never delivered despite money being deducted from customer’s account.
Save yourself and shop at Office Depot or Staples Instead.
