Chick-fil-A

Our family favorite. This location’s drive thru gets really busy around lunch time. The staff handles it well though. They’re always kind, and professional. They’re quick to fix any mistakes and never make a fuss about it. Their play area is always clean, and staff are always walking around offering to refill your drink, throw away trash. It’s a breath of fresh air to go a fast food restaurant and get this type of an environment!

I never eat at Chick-​Fil-​A because I just find the food too greasy and too salty. However, tonight when I wanted to try a milkshake, I actually thought of them. I didn’t know what to expect so I did not order one for myself, I just had my husband order one so that I could «sample» it. He ordered a large strawberry and it was perfection. It was the perfect palette cleanser after a nice savory meal. It was rich, flavorful and delicious without being too sweet or tasting processed. This treat gets five stars.
While I’m already here, I decide to try their new grilled nuggets. No, no, no! True to form, these bites are way too salty and just not my idea of a healthy alternative. A healthier alternative would taste more natural, (not like it has been soaked in a processed marinade), taste freshly grilled, (not reheated) and most importantly, HAVE LESS SODIUM. Come on you guys, figure it out. We are not talking about complex science here.
On the strength of my awesome milkshake, I will give them three stars because this was the primary purpose of my trip and they absolutely delivered! Customer service was great but the super salty nuggets deserve no love at all.
Stick with the shakes!

Love the food here! Nothing bad to say. 1230-​130 is very busy! Nothing bad to say besides just very noisy but expected when they have a big play pen thing where children can play. Would be nice for a family with small children! And they are fast!

We eat here a couple times a month and have never had a bad experience. It is always clean and the food is always great. This is the best beefless place in Chattanooga.

1 of my favorite Chick-Fil-A’s because the line is short and except for maybe an hour in the mornings — it is never overly busy to feel crowded.
Had my usual favorite — spicy chicken sandwich combo. It appears that Chick-​Fil-​A is dedicated to a don’t make it until it’s order to reduce waste. With that said, good CUSTOMER SERVICE as they bring your tray to you instead of waiting at the counter in stark contrast to their fast food competitors.
Staff is friendly — asking if I need anything while I was enjoying my meal and offered to bring me a refill.
