I absolutely adore Krystals and have been eating at this one for over 35 years. I have never had a problem with my order or the service whether I go through the drive thru or eat inside. They will make Krystals to order whether you want extra onions or nothing but meat and bread. I want a Krystal now. =)

Horrible horrible service! They made my order wrong! When I asked to talk to a manager I was given the run around! When I was finally able to FIND the manager I was meet with a poor attitude and a feeling that it was MY fault! Nothing got corrected and I am left with the bill! This will NOT go unresolved! I will never be back and I will NOT recommended to my CLIENTS!

Always go here when I visit family. This time tho I came in and was appalled by the employee at the front! He didn’t smile once and was not friendly in anyway. When I was ordering he acted like I was annoying him. I will still come back because I love this place!
