ok first, my husband and i have bought about 4 or 5 phones from this verizon store when it was in front of kmart on highway 153, but we will never set foot in that store again!!! we were made to feel like idiots because we were asking questions on smartphones and wanted to know the differences in them. well folks little did we know they are all the same according to the bald sales guy named david. the difference between a motorola x and a samsung s5 is the same as comparing two peanut butter and jelly sandwich e’s. one just might have darker crust. really??? is that supposed to make me want to hand you my hard earned money? i don’t think so. it was getting close to closing time and i guess david had better things to do than talk to us about smartphones. we stood there looking at phones for about 30 minutes and none of the guys were will ing to help us. they were too busy standing around talk ing about what they wash the wash their care with and not to run the a/​c in october. i will also be called the store tomorrow and ask ing for the manager and then from there the corporate office we were told to go on line at home and research which phones that would work best for us. well little did he know we had a ready done that and were ready to buy the phone. so i guess he has lost out on come i sion and the store has lost a very loyal customer. good riddance!!!

The new store is well organized. We were greeted promptly. Sam found us a few minutes later with lots of customers in the store. He was knowledgable and saved us some money on the phone we were looking at to buy. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
They have lots of cases and accessories.
The driveway can be hard to get into if you are coming south on 153 toward Northgate Mall.

I recently went to this location to purchase several tablets.
Unfortunately, they didn’t have them is stock, but the manager was able to get them for me the next day. I was very happy with that timeframe.
Also, they were able to work on the price since I bought several.
The lines can get long, but the service is usually right up there.
