Disgusting!!! I stopped here to get a root beer float. The place smelled like dirty mop water. The dining room floor felt like there was a layer of grease on it. When I walked out of the store & my shoes were sliding on the concrete from whatever was on the floor. There is no way in hell I’d eat food from here. This place needs shut down!

My wife picked up a large meal. 1 thing of it was wrong. A 3 piece dark was white, and dry as a bone. After 3 calls with no answer I went up with the meal. Keep in mind just the 3 piece. The manager pulled it apart in front of me telling me it was good. I told her forget the meal I would never eat anything made by them. A fry cook female then wanted to come around the counter and fight me. She was a wigged. Keep in mind, I’m a 40 yr old family guy just off work. On top of never going back, I feel like pressing charges. This is NOT the first bad time here.

Slowest service imaginable. My orders were consistently wrong. They are always out of everything anyone would want to order. Most of the staff is totally incompetent. I avoid this place at all costs now. We drive out to Merrillville for Popeyes when we want chicken.

If I could give less than 1-​star, I would. This location is a KFC & A&W Rootbeer combination restaurant. Hubby and I decided to go there since it’s right across the street from the hospital and we had to go visit someone. The parking lot was nearly empty with 1 car in the drive thru… on a weekday, during what should have been lunch rush, so we should have just stayed away. We decided to go in, and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. A manager looked at us and walked the other way. The other employee behind the counter completely ignored us, all the while there were two people in the restaurant obviously waiting for their food. We were never acknowledged, never greeted, and never even got to order. After waiting a total of 15 minutes without ever being acknowledged, we walked out. We will not be returning.

I don’t understand how you can be out of chicken… really?
I’ll usually go the other KFC in town.
