Horrible horrible customer service. Got my order wrong. Cashier was very nice but manager was horrible, I wasn’t gonna asked for the difference in the money until she decided to be a bitch. I order a kfc bowl and two #3 kids meals. They charged me for 2 adult #3. Which is about a 4 dollar difference. Well instead of refunding me the difference they refunded me the amount of the two adult #3s and than charged me again for the kids #3s, so my card was swiped 3 times at the store. Well this was on March 4^th, here it is march 16^th and the refund is not in my bank. So basically in the long run I got charged about 30 dollars for an order that should have been about 18 bucks. So I called they said I needed to call the office so I did. I spoke to some dumb broad name Melissa who is not professional at all answers the phone by saying «hello» instead of something like thank u for calling kfc office how can I help u anyways multiple times she told me she would call me back in 10 minutes and she did until the last time she said it she never called me back. So I called today and she said she still looking for the refund recipe that they only found the 2 recipes where I was charged. Of course that one is missing. Anyways i should of gotten the difference out of the drawer and my card not swiped 3 times. The need new people in the office and new managers at the store.

Horrible waiting in drive thru forever then stated no crispy horrible service need better service so disappointed very never again
