Pizza Hut

We used to order from this Pizza Hut all the time. On several occasions we got incorrect wings, burnt breadsticks, or &/​or very greasy pizza. We called 2 times to complain (2 different orders) & both times the manager claimed that they «wrote our info. in the book» & will replace the messed up items on our next order. Both times they could not find our info. & would not replace anything. After the 2^nd time we just decided to not go back again.

Pizza is awful. Wings are awful. Literally some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’d much rather have Little Cesars, it’s better quality (that’s not saying much) and it’s half the price.

Ordered online on my birthday 3 pizzas 2 orders of bread sticks, extra diping sauce, a brownie, and 2 diet pepsi.
We waited an hour and then called because we where wondering where our food was. Turns out they miss made and or miss delivered our food? The driver said they called but we never got a call. We where lied to as they insisted we where told that our food was going to take another hour.
My husband was quite upset as we had guest’s over for my birthday and so he talked to the manager. Got them to remake the food for free and delivered to OUR house.
After waiting another 40 mins a driver in a Mustang pulls up looking stoned out of his mind, dropped our bread sticks and did not bring our 2^nd diet Pepsi or our dipping sauce.
We are waiting to see if they charged us but it seems like the workers there thought it was funny that they messed up. The manager was on top of customer service and to make up for 2 hour wait for our food.
If they want to make money, they should fire the driver that lied. We have our house well lit, numbers on our house and mail box and even a description of what our house looks like when we order. There was no reason for all this. Not going back here again.

Not sure if this is at the new location or not but the Hobart Pizza Hut is not so hot ordered the hottest wings and got under sauced wings and undercooked pizza. I didn’t call back thinking they would do something to my food if I complained lol I have paranoia.

This place has the worst Service ever. Not only did they blocked online orders so you do not take advantage of the online specials, their phone line is always busy. Finally ordered a pizza and 2 hours later I am still waiting. Wish I could tell you about the food but they never arrived so just don’t bother.

I’ve been to this Pizza Hut multiple times, and I’ve never experienced anything horrible to make me want to stop coming. It is just a good place for when I want good inexpensive pizza. The staff is always friendly and they try to make sure they can find you a deal anyway possible. The dining room is usually clean.

Usually when we want pizza, I’ll order from here.
I love that I can just go online and order and then wait
for my pizza to arrive.
They always have great service and they deliver right on time.
Our favorite is the pan pizza, with pepperoni and pineapple. delish!
