Avoid her at all costs! I am currently about to get a root canal done because she put in my fillings too deep and close to my nerves. Have never been in so much pain in my entire life and it’s all because of her. She was also very rude and not comforting during the entire procedure.
This is now 3 weeks later and I’m still finishing my root canal. It’s been so traumatizing as well as expensive and time consuming. If I could take her license away I would. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience this.

Dr. Leung is a very knowledgeable, competent, caring individual who makes going to the dentist the most pleasant experience possible. She is intelligent and kind, and treats her patients with respect and concern. The entire staff at Riverview Dentistry is friendly and treats you well. I hold Dr. Leung in very high regard and recommend her and Riverview Dentistry to all.

Avoid her like the plague! A truly terrible dentist! Do not believe the reviews here.
She is probably adequate, at best, for the most SIMPLE and BASIC dental procedures.
And even then, I would take pause. I went to her for a routine, general check up.
She was about to do a deep cleaning procedure I totally did not need, after having told her
that I had had laser gum surgery last year, and she needed to refrain from any invasive
procedures. (Deep cleaning is invasive and can create new crevices or canals in the gums.)
Luckily, I had a feeling she did not know what she was doing and promptly left her office.
I went to my gum specialist later in the week who said that there was absolutely nothing wrong
with the area around which she was about to do the procedure. And then I received a bill in
the mail six later for the exam and X-​ray that diagnosed a problem which did not exist in the
first place. She invents things to fix just to get money out of patients. She is a horrible
diagnostician. Get a second opinion on anything she tells you is wrong with your
teeth…Or better yet, don’t go to her at all.

Nice office and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was really friendly. The office staff sent me the paper work ahead of time and the wait was not bad 5 – 10 minutes. The cleaning, exam, and x-​rays went quick and was pain free. The teeth I was having trouble with were addressed and Dr. Leung explained everything in a way that I understood what was going on. It does take a little while to get a follow-​up appointment but I will be going back.

I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Leung and her staff. They are all extremely nice and personable, from Marielen at the reception desk to the dental hygienists. I have never had any problems getting appointments, and once I am in the office, I never wait long to be taken care of. Dr. Leung is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dentist in Hoboken.

Dr Leung is a great dentist. She is very nice and is thorough in her work. My only complaint is that it can be hard to get an appointment if you have a tight schedule. The office is nice and the equipment is modern (they do digital x-​rays).
