McCabe Marie, MSW LCSW

About a year ago I started to seek treatment from Marie McCabe for depression after a very difficult separation from my wife. My anxiety was so severe I didn’t know where to turn. My insurance company gave me Ms. McCabe’s contact information, however I didn’t know what to expect.
I must say that since our first session I was sold. Her demeanor put me at ease and made me feel that there was hope that things would get better. It’s been a long road, but there’s no question I’ve made leaps and bounds in my recovery thanks to Ms. McCabe’s support and guidance. The connection and understanding (as well as a few moments of laughter that are priceless) Ms. McCabe has shown me is unmeasurable.
To anyone in distress I don’t think you could do any better.

Ms. McCabe is an excellent psychologist. I’ve been going to her on and off for years, dealing with various issues that have come up over the years. My daughter was seeing her as well during after traumatic events occurred. Marie is kind and thoughtful and extremely sensitive to the emotions of her patients. She is also very accommodating to her patients and the urgency of some situations. At one point she was no longer a participating member of my insurance and I stopped treatment until she was in network again. I recommended her to a few people and will continue to recommend her!
