Irene at Hudson Place Realty was extremely helpful and professional when my fiancé and I were considering putting our condo on the market. She graciously referred local professionals to help fix up the place even before we had asked her to be our agent. Additionally, she was completely candid and honest in recommending that we hold off on selling until a time when we could sell it for our desired price. She was not pushy at all and provided a wealth of advice and information, even though it was clear we were not going to put it on the market just yet. When the time comes for us to officially sell (and buy a new place) we will definitely give Irene (and Hudson Place Realty) a call!

My husband and I have bought a house and found tenants through Hudson Place. My daughter and her husband have rented and then bought through them. Irene Perello couldn’t have been more delightful to work with. I’ve moved a lot and most of the realtors showed me what they wanted me to see, Irene showed me properties that met MY criteria. She made the process painless and fun. It’s been 8 years since we first bought through Hudson Place, Irene is now one of my dearest friends. Hudson Place Realty has my highest recommendation.

They don’t respond to calls or emails. I emailed to schedule a showing for an apartment… No response. I called about scheduling a showing and the receptionist told me all the sales agents were busy but would call me right back. No response. How can you run a business like this?
