Unitel,Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer

I bought an iphone from this retailer a year an a half ago with insurance that they sold me. They completely lied about the deductible on the insurance and as a result, I was scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Do not go here to buy a phone. There’s an actual Verizon only a few blocks away on Washington, but better yet, don’t buy third party insurance at all. Get an extended warranty from apple and save money and piece of mind.

If you are like me, technology can be extremely stressful and discouraging. I can never seem to get these gadgets to do what I want them to do. I have been a Verizon customer for 10+ years. I have been to many Verizon stores over the years and dealt with many represenatives. The people who work at this store are EXCEPTIONAL! They know their stuff! They will give you honest advice and they don’t stear you wrong. They have helped me with things that I didn’t even realized I needed help with. They always give you attention from the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave. They are professional and very friendly. Sonny is my favorite as he is beyond helpful and has been a huge help to both me & my boyfriend. I have been to the new big Verizon store just a few blocks away and there is NO comparrison. The reps in that store seemed lost, confused and bothered by my issues. For instance, I asked them please, do not hard-​reset my phone bc then I would lose everything, and they did it anyway. They also seemed shocked that it happened… clueless?! Don’t bother with the big pretty new store… stick to the people at this location, 331 Washington, and I promise you will get what you need and walk out a happy person. Excellent customer service.
