Came here and had less then 20 minutes to set up a phone and thought it was near impossible. They were able to successfully set up my phone, be aware of the time crunch and make it an easy and fast experience.

I switched from AT&T to T– Mobile through one of their promotions in January, and I couldn’t be happier. As an international traveler I am saving a bundle, and I appreciate knowing that my bill will be the same every month. No jaw dropping surprises of exorbitant roaming charges! The staff at this T-Mobile is friendly and knowledgable, and in particular, Betsey has been a stand out employee. She gently addresses my lacking technical skill set, and walks me through any situations that arise with my new phone. Always a warm greeting when entering the store, and I feel very pleased with the service I receive upon leaving.

I just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and I can’t be more satisfied. The employees were fantastic walked me through every step of the process. It Didn’t have that intimidating get ready for war feeling that AT&T and Verizon stores have! Also, the particular sales associate, Oscar was very insightful and addressed virtually every concern I had. I actually left with a $ 58 credit because they bought my old phone. Couldn’t have made a better choice by going to that particular store. Very Happy Customer.

As an iPhone user with AT&T, I went into this location to switch over to the Samsung Galaxy with T-mobile and take advantage of the special promotion that they offered to switch over. I had the great fortune to be quickly and happily greeted by Luis, one of the associates, the second I walked in the door. The phone Gods were definitely shining down on me that day. :) Suffice to say he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, funny and did I mention patient. He, and the manager Eric, went above and beyond the usual customer service to make sure I was extremely comfortable with my new phone. At times, I felt like the customer that would never leave because I had a million questions about the new phone and how it works. In fact, I came back a second time, and was greeted with the same enthusiasm as when I first came in. Who does that? And did I mention I wound up getting a better deal for less money? All I can say is raises for Luis and Eric! I am one extremely satisified customer.

I have been a long time T-Mobile customer, but normally communicate solely with Customer Care over the phone. I went into the store for an upgrade on my phone after having spoken with a store rep, Luis G., over the phone prior to coming into the Washington St location. Not only did he handle our phone conversation calmly and efficiently(while I could hear in the background how busy he was), he kept to his word of putting my upgrade phone aside since my current phone was about to die. When I arrived at the store, there were easily 4 – 5 people deep per work station. Typically, a service store would have an air of customers’ impatience and annoyance, but as I was waiting for my turn, it was almost zen-like in there and all the customers were calm and… happy. Weird, but cool! The manager, Eric, was aware that some of us were waiting for quite some time to be dealt with, and made it a priority to come from behind the desk and approach the customers letting them know that someone will be with them soon and apologized for the delay. There was another store rep as well who made it a point to look customers in the eyes and apologize for the delay. So nice to deal with a retail store that actually looks customers in the eyes and display genuine care and concern. When I finally did get my turn, it worked out so perfectly that I ended up interacting with Luis himself who was kind, patient and informative. You rock!!! Great job guys and I will recommend friends to switch over to T-Mobile solely for the purpose of dealing with a great staff at the Hoboken store. How can I get this review to your area supervisors!!!
