I’ve been to this location(regrettably) about 10 times. Each time it has been terrible. I am constantly thinking maybe I’m not being clear when asking questions or requesting info but i’m pretty sure after 10 or so terrible experiences, it’s simply the store. First, sprint’s service overall is not the best so my expectations are pretty low. The absolute worst experience I’ve had w/this disrespectful team was a few months ago with my dad. My dad is super old school and uses a flip phone still. He’s so low maintenance and has been a loyal sprint customer since the inception of cell phones. He simply wanted to buy a new phone after the incredibly rude monotone worker advised that his phone cannot be fixed. What annoyed me the most is the way they spoke to my dad. As if he was an idiot. Completely condescending and utterly unacceptable. I never complained because honestly I have more important things to spend my time doing but I finally reached my boiling point last week. I had to wait 30 minutes since they are always under staffed and extremely slow moving. By the time it was finally my turn the associate was annoyed and(of course) condescending. Upon further research, he had no idea what he was talking about and customer service via mobile was incredibly embarrassed of his response to my request(they handled it immediately!). Basically, they’re terrible– rude, lost, and slow.

Worst company and people. A year ago I was told a smooth talking story to get me to buy a phone with hopes that in a year I’d be able to trade it in. I go into the store a year later and they act like they don’t know who sold the phones to us or why they told us the lies they did. Worst company. Never again!

This is one of the better stores I have seen out there. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and their service. If you ever had any issues with Sprint’s phones or services, I would highly recommend going to this store. Most importantly, they know how to take care of the customer and maintain a long term relationship. I have been to some of the corporate Sprint stores and have noticed many of the employees are like robots that always answer as if they were reading from a book. This store actually has personality and that makes it easier doing business.
