DONOTMOVEHERE!!! Management(new from the reserve) is rude, they do not care about their tenants what so ever! I lived here for two years, they have a squirrel infestation in their walls, they(squirrels) ate the engine of my car, did they do anything about it? NO! It is a very tight Arab community. The hallways smell like curry, moth balls, incense, and cigarettes. Needed a few extra hours to move out and they refused to let me move the rest of my stuff out even though I offered to pay for the extra hours. Lived here for two years and this is what you get in return. They do not care about you!!! RUNFARAWAYFROMTHISPLACE!!!

I found out the hard way that they are also VERY strict with move-out dates. We settled on an early move-out date(with management) and it was only when we turned in our keys that we were told we needed to pay up to the 60th day from when we turned in the paperwork… regardless of the fact that we had a piece of paper SIGNED by management saying our agreed upon move out date was 5 days earlier. We turned in our keys 4 days early from the date we had agreed upon and were fully expecting to pay those extra 4 days so imagine my surprise when they told me it was actually 9 more days that we had to pay. Ummm… yeah. I wanted to throw a fit but the paperwork I had was at our new home 30 minutes away and after moving for like 2 weeks, I just wanted to be done. So I just paid and got out of there. This was after we paid a sizable amount to get out of our lease too. This place is sooo not worth it! By the way, it’s called the Reserve at Hoffman Estates now. So, so, SO glad we’re not renting from them or anyone anymore!

I agree with Gabe’s review 100%. My fiancé and I were so excited to move in after checking out the model units. They don’t walk you through the actual unit you’ll be moving into because the moment you walk into the hall you’ll want to gag. The smells seep into the unit and there are not enough air fresheners, candles, or wax melts that will get rid of the smell. The management will not do anything about it even though I know in some states land lords are allowed to put restrictions on offending cooking smells. Not sure if it’s applicable to illinois. That’s just one of my complaints but don’t have the energy to list everything else the management company has done to make living here miserable. I can’t wait till our lease is up and we’re out of here!
