Dunkin’ Donuts

Well, I just came here in to write my paper tonight. Theresa was there all by herself helping with customers with putting the fresh donuts up and cleaning the store. She was super friendly and greeted with a smile. When I was ordering, I didn’t make myself clear and I ended up getting a macchiato with a pumpkin flavor in. Wow, I was surprised by the taste of that. The décor is clean overall when I walked in around 12:30am.

Reading the mixed reviews on here was interesting, as I’ve become a regular and seen the employees there in action.
Before I go any farther, I’m there for the coffee, not the donuts. I think DD donuts are terrible, regardless of location. I’ll stick to County Donuts in Schaumburg if I want amazing donuts.
The employees here are pretty friendly. I absolutely adore the manager here, she’s great. Very accommodating and nice, and made recommendations without being pushy. I signed up for DD Perks at her suggestion and have been getting 99 cent large dark roasts all month.
And I’m saying it now: DD Pumpkin is better than a PSL at Starbucks. And a margin of the price if you’re a daily drinker like myself.

Stopped in at 645am and while the ladies were busy I still received top notch service. I ordered a large iced carmel coffee with milk & easy sugar. It was made to perfection & I was out in a flash!

It is definitely the closest dunkin dounuts to me and that’s mainly the reason I go there. However, the workers/​employees at this dunkin donuts hardly ever have a smile, I never hear a thank u and if u ask for more than one sample they’ll definitely have some type of problem with it.
I’m not big on going to places where the service is mediocre cause I work in the service industry and I definitely do NOT treat my customers in any negative way. Its always service with a smile and, «thank you. Have a great rest of your day.» But not here.

Always a favorite of mine for donuts and bagels. Usually use the drive through and occasionally the walk in

Decent coffee and prices. Nice location from outside, but there’s no room so just grab and go.

Love this DD. They are really friendly. Love the new furniture they have, extremely comfy and place looks vibrant. Another thing, those who have never had the Chicken salad sandwich, please do its awesome. :)

Good customer service is what makes or breaks dunkin donuts because really all the donuts are made at a central kitchen now. I am amazed that the owners are friendly and will never put up a fight when you use coupons. The donuts are always fresh and I have never received a stale old donut being passed as a fresh donut. All and all this is a good location so far to buy your munchkins and chocolate glazed.
Pro– great chocolate glaze donuts
Con– expensive without coupons
Hidden deal–
1. Look for mailer coupons for discount
2. Download the DD app and use those coupons for discount
3. When you sign up online with your email and birthday, you get a free medium drink on your bday i.e. latte, coffee, coolata, etc. which comes as a postcard in the mail

Seriously going to puke! NEVER, and I mean NEVER get anything besides regular coffee. They don’t make anything else in house. The cappuccino/​Latte comes out of an instant cappuccino machine– like the ones you would get at a gas station. Gross, overly sweet and completely generic.
So nasty! Do yourself a favor and spend a little more go to Starbucks.

What happened to Dunkin’ Donuts? The donut selection is so light. Why are there sandwiches and such? It’s not dunkin’ croissants! I know it’s not the fault of this particular location, but a higher up corporate issue. I hadn’t been to a Dunkin’ Donuts in years and was very disappointed at the selection. I could have found those same donuts at the grocery store.

First they got rid of coconut donuts. then an insider showed me what they put in the iced coffee. No thanks. I like coffee without secret additives. Now I only go in for munchkins when they are on sale.

I just have to say – I LOVE this location more than any of the others because of one employee. Her name is Ritu, and she is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met!
She is sweet, helpful, and when my husband or I walk in, she knows our order. Good for her (ashamed for us that we get ice cream that much!!). I am a high mantenance ice cream sundae orderer, and she never complains, and ALWAYS gets it right.
I go out of my way to come to this Baskin Robbins and not the one a block from my house because their customer service is THAT much better.

One of the better DD I’ve been to and the munchkins were fresh. Have been to quite a few of the other locations and the donuts were harder then a rock. These were fresh.
Employees were friendly and the bathroom was clean.

This DD is truly my favorite in the Schaumburg/​Hoffman area. The ladies are always so sweet and when it gets busy, they know how get things going!
My coffee and/​or latte’s are always perfect – they have never screwed up any of my orders. And as for their speaking, they can speak English just fine and understand it as well.

Wow, can we get people who understand and speak English? I was surprised when I had to say «Glazed» donuts five times for them to know what that was, do they not get training before they start? I also wanted a Maple donut, but they don’t make those at that location, what is up with that?

Really though, she’s been working at Dunkin Donuts stores in the Schaumburg area since she first came to the states in the 70s, so she knows what’s up. If you’re a regular (or even just generally nice), she’ll usually hook it up a bit. The managers can’t really say much since she has seniority and the customers love her. I know I do!
She rocks! And so do the DDs!
