EXCEPTIONAL service, knowledge/experience and pricing from Jeremy and the crew at Northside !!! Jeremy & Dan replaced my old construction-grade Fridaire AC units (18 years old) with a pair of upgraded Carrier Comfort Series 2 ½ ton units. Jeremy’s know-how and expertise upgraded to a larger coil because of all the hardwood flooring and grand piano. Northside’s pricing was unbeatable; they weren’t the cheapest because the low-bid I got was from a guy with low-grade equipment and did this as sidework. I shopped HomeDepot (ARS), Four Seasons, LEA and the side-job guy. Went with Northside… paid less, got more (incrediible value). Installation was prompt, efficient, very clean and they worked as a team. I highly-recommend Northside and Jeremy’s crew. I canNOT say enough but GREAT WORK, Guys. Jeremy even recommended that I register the new units with Carrier online; I did so and Carrier extended their limited warranty another 5-years.

Jeremy is all about quality equipment, quality installation, and outstanding customer service at a reasonable price. I have not been disappointed in anything Jeremy has provided. I cannot say that about any other HVAC company I have used at home or at the business. He has far exceeded my expectations and I gladly endorse him.

I found this company through eBay actually and took a chance as there prices were amazing. Jeremy and his partner gave me a fair price, showed up on times, installed a high quality Carrier Furnace and Payne AC system in about 7 hours. When they were done they cleaned up and the system has been running great.
I have nothing to say but good things about this company. Use them, you will not be disappointed.
