The worst place you could order from. Always make mistakes or don’t provide any condiments. When called to complain, they said that you have to ask for that. Like seriously??? What I’m I paying a $ 3 fee for. Is it so hard to include a napkin or packs of ketchup for the fries. Is it took much to ask for? The food is good is just the Customer Service is horrible. Thanks a lot for nothing. If I were you I wouldn’t give them not a single penny!!, cuz they will rip you off

I visited this place for lunch and ordered rib eyesteak sandwich and taco. taco was edible and good but rib eye steak was just a lump of meat. absolutely unedible. it was a grind finishing it half way. i guess i should have ordered pizza instead of rib eye steak. do avoid rib eye steak sandwich at this place. i understand considering the cost i was not expecting some thing great but atleast it should have been edible…

Having lived in the chicago area my whole life — I have a certain set of expectations when it comes to good pizza…
This place meets NONE of those expectations!!!
Sauce has no flavor, toppings are scarce.
Pass this place right on by! Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Little Caesar’s are all better than this place… Yeah — it’s that bad

awesome thin crust pizza here. I’ve ordered delivery from them quite a few times in the past 6 months and my friends love the pizza and they are usually very quick in delivering it too. got a pizza in 20 min once.
I haven’t tried much else from their menu, but the gyros are ok, the slices they have are double dough, which I’m not a fan of. so just make sure you order an entire pie from them and it’ll be awesome.

i ordered from Sir Nick’s three times the first time they messed up on the order and forgot the drinks and added ingredients to the food that were asked to be left off I used Grubhub so it was printed out for them clearly. The second time i ordered through Grubhub it was perfect they delivered the food hot and fast. but the third time was the kicker. I placed a order through Grubhub for about 40 bucks worth of food. After an hour i called them and they said they had delivered the food after another 15 mins they said their driver confirmed he brought it to my house. Grubhub refunded the money back but the restaurant refused to refund them claiming their driver was right. I’m never ordering from them ever again and i’m telling all my friends and family to avoid them as well. I can’t wait for the day for them to change management or go out of business.

This could possibly be the worst pizza by the slice. Not fresh but greasy. I saw two Hoffman estates cop’s eating there and thought ok I’ll try it. There a Subway down the street if you want something to eat. Nasty! :-(

Food is greasy. I found a gnat in my soup once. The buns are always hard and stale. I once got a hot dog and the hot dog itself was still cold. Only decent thing is the slice of pizza. But just cheese the other ones are very greasy it’s your only safe bet.

I am sad that I no longer live right around the corner from Sir Nick’s. I’ve tried many items from their menu– gyros (my favorite), pizza, fried mushrooms, fries, burgers, etc. Everything has always been delicious, hot, and fresh! I find their prices to be quite reasonable.
The best part is that my order is always ready very quickly– usually less than 10 minutes after I call.

Average pizza and terrible service. We were told to pick up our pizza in 35 minutes. Upon arrival we were told it would be another ten minutes. All told, we waited 20 extra minutes for our pizza because, «The crust wasn’t cooked through.» Huh? The pizza itself was passible, but weak given local competition. Ironically, the crust was dry and overly hard. We’re not going back.

Hawaiian Pie is good. Pass on the wings. Shoddy service. Rarely do the phones get answered for delivery. Just tried again to place a delivery. Nobody home at 11 am Sunday morning. Went in once at 11:30 and told they were not ready to make food.

Just like the rating says, A-​OK. I used to come in here often but not as much recently because I’m not in the area as often. They have pretty good deals on pizza & the slices are a pretty big big portion.
They have a pretty decent selection of food but the pizza is what I have ordered here the most because they sell it by the slice & it is ready when you order. The pizza here is good, nothing bad, but not spectacular. The buffalo wings are the same, good to eat & tastes good but not the best that I have had.
The staff here is friendly & the restaurant is pretty clean. Overall I would eat here again if I was in the area & wanted a slice of pizza.

We got to Sir Nicks @ 4:00 this Sunday afternoon. There was no one in there when we ordered. We ordered chicken parmesan and an 8“inch pizza. The chicken parmesan took about 20 minutes to cook, while there was no mention of the pizza. 5 minutes after that, the girl at the front asked what we had wanted on the pizza, and we proceeded to wait 15 more minutes for the pizza to cook.
During this time there was no offer of apology, nor any offer to even get a coupon.
The parm was cold when the pizza finally arrived.
It was disappointing and horrible service. We will not be going there anymore.

This is the local pizza place that my friends and I have gone to for years. You get a large, thick slice of pizza. Sold by the slice or whole pizzas. Curly fries are great. The pizza has a really unique taste to separate it from all the rest.

I never thought of ordering from them as the big names always comes to mind before Sir Nick’s. But the coupon that came in the mail prompted me to give them a try.
I ordered the huge medium pepperoni pizza and wings. I’m not too fond of the thick dough, which I paid an extra $ 1 for as their pizza are more popular in thin crust. I thought the topping was too salty, but the husband found it not so.
We both liked the traditional wings. I expected it to be slathered in hot sauce. Instead, it’s a dry rub, and reminded me of Asian chicken wings. I will certainly return for their wings.

A popular favorite for us here at work although I’ve never ordered from them before today. I got a spinach salad and a minestrone soup. Delivery was fast and the food was great. The minestrone soup should have been called stew because it was packed with veggies, noodles, and beans. And they didn’t skimp on the toppings either. I hope to try more from this place.
