This place is all about my favorite Q’s. Quality — everything is so fresh and; Quantity — portions are enormous. Chicken Parmigiana on Wed for $ 7.95 is crazy good. The ribs are outstanding as well.

Good pizza. Good prices. Steady improvement. Sauce is a little sweet but not offensively so – kids love it.

We have been ordering from Pizza Bella for years and the deep dish pizza here USED to be delicious. It WAS actually the best in deep dish in Palatine. I’m not sure if they changed the ingredients, quality of ingredients, or staff? Unfortunately, this will be the last time we order a deep dish from Pizza Bella. The flavor is very bland. Also, the calamari we ordered today was tough and burnt. We requested the pizza to be cut they didn’t cut it. So disappointed that they have changed the quality.

The second worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. You know that saying sex is like pizza even when it’s bad it’s good. Not true. We came in from downtown Chicago for business via Über and checked into the Holiday Express at 3PM and there was no place walking distance to eat so we had no choice but to order something for delivery. We were very hungry and had an event to attend later so we both needed to eat. I tried one pizza place and they didn’t open till 4PM and the owner told me that if I ordered he’d have it to us by 430PM but were so hungry that I said no thank you and looked for the next option which was a big mistake. I ordered a Veggie Double Dough Pizza and they told me 45 min to an hour so that was no problem. They still hadn’t arrived 90 minutes later, so I called them back and the lady who took my call could not find a record of my order. I had paid by credit card so I thought maybe it was the other place. I called the first option and asked if they opened at 4PM was told yes so I called Pizza Bella again and the lady told me that the pizza went out 9 minutes ago. Felling frustrated, my reply was«that’s a long 45 min to an hour.» A few minutes later a knock came at the door and it was the pizza. We opened the pizza box and it was very hot, too hot to pick up so we knew this thing just came out of the oven. Then it was terrible. The dough was over cooked and the topping fell off every piece we tried to pick up. What we did manage to eat was bland and next to tasteless. What a huge disappointment. I told my friend the story of Ohio State Pizza being so bad I could only eat one bite, which I may have spit out. My friend said that he’s had better cheap frozen pizzas. With this«double dough» pizza all I really ate were the toppings. I think we had two pieces each. We would have been better off with the vending machine snacks in all honesty. For being in the Chicago region I had no idea pizza could be so bad and the service wasn’t any better. I guess we’re just spoiled living in the city. When I posted our experience on Facebook the next day my friends comment was«And the idiocy of their poor service — just… wow». Terrible experience with Pizza Bella. It’s too bad.

Ordered the angel hair pasta w/white clam sauce for takeout. Highly regrettable decision. The pasta was way over-cooked and the dish was inedible. I managed to salvage what I could by eating the clams and garlic bread that came with the dish. This was extremely disappointing as I’ve ordered from them a few times in the past and had no complaints. I’m not completely cutting them off yet since I believe in second chances(could’ve just been an off day or could be related to the fact that I ordered an hour prior to closing time), but I will be wary of my next order.

Delivery took forever! Never again will I order here. 2 hours waiting for delivery. We ordered wings and the pan pizza. Worst wings and pizza I’ve ever had! Horrible taste. Wings were spicy without being flavorful. Wings were very dry. I didn’t realize wings could be that dry. We didn’t even finish them and we always finish our wings when we get them at restaurants. Pizza was too doughy and undercooked. Sausage on the pizza tasted rancid. It was very expensive, too! Worst experience with takeout ever. Way to ruin a Friday night

Please don’t judge but I was crazy busy and didn’t cook for Christmas Eve. I took a leap of faith and ordered the entire meal from Pizza Bella. We are Italian and take our food seriously, especially where we go for Italian food. Well, the food was amazing! Eggplant Parmigiana was delicious, green beans were scrumptious not over cooked or soggy and were in a delicious marinade. Sausage and peppers, same thing — amazing :) Chopped salad was yummy and oh my goodness their chocolate cake, delectable. I wasn’t remotely ashamed about not cooking, PB handled it for me and the entire family was thrilled. Thank you Pizza Bella for a homemade Christmas Eve meal that was delicious. Happy New Year ! See you soon:)

After being dissatisfied with my last two orders, I feel it is necessary to drop my rating of Pizza Bella. The quality and taste of the meals were way off the standard I have come to expect. Last nights meal made me physically sick and had me up all night. Perhaps the reason for the sub par quality was because both orders were placed on busy Friday nights. I’m not giving up on Pizza Bella and will continue to order from them, but they will have to earn their star I took away back.

I have found my new favorite pizza place, and that is saying a lot, let me tell you. We ordered an XL Hawaiian pizza with Pizza Bella the other night and WOW. It was covered in pineapple and Canadian bacon with the perfect amount of BBQ sauce. What is with the other pizza places thinking that we want 5 little pieces of pineapple? It was the most delicious Hawaiian pizza I have ever had. Also, the girl working the phone was an absolute delight and made the experience THAT much better. I wish I had gotten her name(Wednesday night last week). She was so sweet and patient and actually knew about customer service, what do ya know! I also got the Caprese salad, which was very fresh and delicious. Being Italian, I make this salad on the regular and I appreciate your twist putting cucumber in it. Keeps it fresh although next time I will probably keep it just with tomato and mozzarella. Overall this place is beautiful and wonderful. Next time I’ll try the pasta. Thank you!

Really solid delivery service — definitely above average for speed, accuracy and temperature when it arrives. They pile on the toppings, so be prepared for a loaded pie and leftovers. One of my favorite delivery options in the Palatine area!

I really like this place for pizza by the slice :) ~$ 4 for a nice lunch, sure, why not! They wrap the crust around a thin layer of cheese, gives it a stuffed crust feel. Cheese has an assortment of spices(rosemary and oregano, I think?) that gives it a distinctive taste. It was nice for a fast lunch! Also came with a soda. Folks were friendly, service was fast– good experience, all in all.

Finally ordered delivery from Pizza Bella since moving here 2 years ago. Hubby and I were looking for restaurant to deliver wings. PIzza Bella did just that. We ordered on a Saturday night about 6 pm. Ordered online and made special notes about minor modifications to the items we ordered. Large chopped salad with both olives and pepperoncini on the side and both the Italian and Creamy Garlic dressing, 10 regular Teriyaki wings and 10 «breaded» Hot(Mild) wings with blue cheese dressing and celery. Affordably priced and, for a Saturday night the wait would be 1 ½ hours. We are in the«red» zone for delivery so there was an additional $ 3 charge. To be honest, all of this was fine as long as we didn’t need to leave the house! :) When the order arrived in 1 hour 15 minutes, the wings were hot,(we received 10 teriyaki and 12 hot) the salad was cold and finely chopped and all but the celery were packaged nicely. In fact, the celery was missing and we never received it. A little disappointing because I love the celery when I’m eating wings, but I did without. Plenty of dressings included, both with salad and wings. Incidentally, large Chopped Salad was more than enough to serve two people a good size entrée salad. The Creamy Garlic dressing was UH-mazing combined with the house Italian(kind of like a think Balsamic Vinaigrette). Absolutely delicious. When I ordered the breaded wings, I assumed they were boneless. THEYARENOT. They are simply regular, bone-in wings tossed in a small amount of breading then deep fried — not bad, per se, just not what one comes to expect when one reads«breaded» wings on the menu. Not bad, mind you. Just not necessary to our tastes. All in all, great wings delivered, even to us in the«red» zone, hot and crispy. The Chopped Salad will be a new favorite with the Creamy Garlic and the Teriyaki wings will be in our next order. Both are really, really good. I’m very excited about this restaurant and we will definitely order again. ***Four stars is only because the celery was missing.***

Everytime we order I’m amazed at the freshness of the food… like I ordered it and was served in my own kitchen… doesn’t taste like prefrozen crap. cause its not… i will always pay for what I expect instead of like most… complaining about what I didn’t pay enough for… but for some reason baffled… free is many times not appreciated… please don’t change your quality… loyal customer

Pizza Bella is my go to pizza joint when I’m having people over. There pizza is delicious. I usually order a double dough cheese and tomato pizza. Their toasted raviolis are are also pretty tasty. Service is fairly fast. I usually pick up though. The employees are a friendly group. Thumbs up :)

My company catered a lunch and we were served lasagna, meatballs, salad, bread, chocolate chip cookies and brownies. I had a little bit of all of it and OMGGGG. I’m not even exaggerating when I say it’s the best«comfort italian» i’ve ever had from a catered menu. EVERYTHING was so good. I even nicknamed the brownies«crack brownies» because I couldn’t stop eating them. The lasagna was absolutely DELISH. I normally don’t like meatballs, but it was the only protein being served so I decided to give em a try and I am SO glad I did! First time I’ve ever said meatballs were DELISH!

The place is small but the pizza slices are f@%$ing HUGE! I ain’t kidding… they do not fit in the styrofoam box they’re served in and the weight of the slice literally destroys the thing. EPIC. I made the mistake of ordering two slices, thinking I was gonna chow down… I did, don’t get me wrong but I could barely finish the first slice. I painfully opened the box to the second piece of pie and mustered all the strength I could to rip a piece off and get it to my mouth even though I was ready to puke. The crust is stuffed with mozzarella and it is a hefty crust to begin with… it’s so thick and so heavy. Nice bready taste. They fold this f%$#er over on itself for half the radius and it’s all cheese inside. Nom nom nom. cheese… bread… need extra sauce for dipping… nom nom nom. The meats were nothing to write about but they were accordingly plentiful on the meatlovers. You could feed 2 or 3 normal eaters on one slice for sure. The overall pie is meh… better than GIANTSKEEZERS or TRIOMINOES or MAMAJUANITA’S or even JABBATHEHUT for sure, and the stuffed crust and sheer size are winners. For a slice under five bucks thats about as hefty as a medium pie anywhere else PLUS a free soda… They got the best game in town.

Never been a fan. But at the office there was a menu and everyone wanted pizza. Especially after looking at the picture on the menu. It looked awesome. so we ordered that exact pizza. Boy what a difference from the menu picture to the actual pizza. The actual pizza looked like it was overcooked and deflated I have to admit it tasted okay. But. Presentation is part of the meal and. This pizza gets zero stars. And two for taste. Take a look at the picture above Real pizza vs menu picture you’ll see what I mean

3.5 stars and rounded down to the 3 merely on price. We tried this well-reviewed pizza place because they’re one of a few places that offers a gluten-free option. However, I soon learned that gluten-free comes with a hefty price tag of nearly $ 20 for a small w/1 topping(yikes). Was it good? Oh yeah. Good crust. The cheese wasn’t overly greasy. My wife couldn’t tell that it was gluten-free! A win! We also ordered a small 1-topping sausage for my son and I. The sausage was outstanding. The pizza was also pretty good. For 2 small pizzas and it being nearly $ 40 was a bit expensive for my blood but a good pair of pies overall.
