Two stars souly based that I enjoy eating Little Caesar’s pizza. Service is horrible. What’s so hot and ready about the zone when it doesn’t matter what time of day there isn’t enough pizza! I wait at least 30min or more to get a freaking PIZZA. Little ridiculous. I hate coming here for the wait. Get better staff that communicates better and that are organized.

Have been here several times. The appeal is cheap $ 5 pizza — and the value is good — cheap price/basic pizza. I’m giving 2 stars because the service is awful to the point I won’t go back. Last time I was there, I came in and asked for pepperoni — they told me to wait a couple minutes, some would be coming out. While I waited, about 8 or 10 people streamed in, and the first few asked for sausage, but then several asked for pepperoni — and they got it hot out of the oven — and I was totally ignored — despite being in plain sight. This is the second time something like this has happened. They don’t do numbers like a deli; and the staff doesn’t really pay attention.

It’s little Caesars. I don’t expect much regarding the quality of the food but the service here is ok at best. I think out of five visits, one or two have been smooth and easy. The other three or four visits, I have called ahead or dropped in to place an order. Those three or four times, my order has been late or incorrect. BUT the manager has always offered an extra side dish, a discount, or something to try and make me happy. Overall, I would say service is about 3 stars but I gave this review four overall because the manager always steps in and tries to do right by me.

Since there was a management change in the Palatine Location, the concept if «hot and ready» has gone out the window. The advertising states that a cheese pizza will be hot and ready. I’m not making a special order. In the last 7 months, I have taken to calling in 10 – 15 minutes ahead. This, however, has not prevented an additional wait. Tonight I waited an additional 13 minutes. When i questioned him, the guy at the counter said the Italian Cheese bread(ICB) took longer. 28 minutes for an ICB? I would like to hear from corporate as to the expected time required for an ICB. Surely, less than 28 minutes. I can walk in and expect delivery in less than 28 minutes. Recently a Pie 5 opened across the street. One would think that this would force this Lil’ Caesars location to up its game? Apparently not. Bottom line is that I can order at LC’s 15/minutes ahead, or I can walk into Pie Five, and Pie Five will give me a better products, more quickly. What say you Little Caesar’s? Can you do better?

Ever since I watched Daym Drops’ review of the bacon wrapped crust pizza from Little Caesar’s, I knew I had to have it the next opportunity I got! Check it out on YouTube — he’s hilarious and entertaining! Well, fast forward a couple weeks and I’m back in the suburbs at my parents’ house and I knew there was a Little Caesar’s nearby, so I was anxiously awaiting this day. At long last, I finally met my pizza soulmate. I got in around 11:30 and there were only a couple people in line in front of me. I made sure to order two of them plus the crazy bread cuz no order from Little Caesar’s is complete without their delicious crazy bread! Anyway, I waited about 20 minutes for them to cook a fresh batch, and the car ride home was almost too much with the aromatic bacon engulfing me in my car. Thankfully, my parents live only 5 mins away! I get home, call the family into the dining room, take a bunch of pics and then grab two big juicy slices of the bacon wrapped crust pizza. My first reaction after taking a big bite of the pizza… making sure I bit off a piece of the bacon crust, pepperoni and bacon bits all in one bite… was just amazing! Extra crispy bacon and buttery crust along with just the right amount of cheese and tomato sauce… YUM! This is definitely their best deep dish pizza, so make sure you order it! After grabbing another slice to bring my piggy count to three slices and a couple pieces of crazy bread, I’m now blissfully full. Mmmmmmmm…bacon overload! Get yours now!

Pizza! Pizza! This will be one of the newest & cleanest Little Caesar’s that you will find. It is located in a small shopping center next to the UPS store. The parking lot is always filled with cars backing in & out & the parking lot feels too narrow & small at times. Other than that this is a pretty convenient location. I have been to a few different Little Caesar’s locations & most look old & out dated & even a little bit filthy but this one is pretty new & always seems clean. The store is lit up with bright lights & gives it an even more clean feeling. For five dollars the pizza here is pretty good. A supreme pizza here is around $ 8. One of the best things here is the Crazy Bread. One thing I don’t understand is every time I order sauce for the bread sticks it is ice cold. I usually have to heat it in the oven. Overall this location is pretty new & is usually clean. The food is good especially for the prices. I would eat from here again.
