I had a bad experience with the vision works in Schaumburg. I have really bad eyesight. and due to my busy schedule… I had gotten behind on ordering my new pair and I still hadn’t gotten my glasses. One of my contacts basically gave out and was extremely blurry. I could hardly see. It was an emergency. When I called the original location in Schaumburg that I had gone to for my eye exam, the manager was not willing to accommodate me. I was even willing to pay for another exam just to get some trials for that day while i wait for the delivery of my new contacts. Thats when I called the Hoffman Estates location… from the girl that answered my call to another gentleman that helped me find the location in the plaza… to the amazing doctor that gave me great advice on how to take care of my contacts and even chose the right color of contacts that would look good on me. i was extremely happy. When customer service seems to be a thing of the past… these people proved that there really are people that care about their customers.
