Just got charged $ 28+ for 3 cream cheese bagels a coffee and a tea. They never get the pricing right. That’s the last time they overcharge me because it’s the last time I’m going there. Never worth the wait or the hassle.

Owner canceled by Unilocal order even though it met the requirements and had delivered to the very same address the day before. He didn’t have the courtesy to call and cancel it himself. Poor service! I used to come here on a weekly basis, but I’ll never give them my money here on out.

Happened to stumble in here last week while waiting for Lombardi’s market to open. Noticed they had a roll with«everything» seasoning on it. I had to try it. So ordered up a standard ham, egg and cheese sandwich which was decent. The roll was really good and that alone will get me back in the door.

This place has gone down hill… They never have rolls even in the morning… Never have donuts. Why call yourself a BAKERY if you never have things that a BAKERY sells? They don’t accept credit cards, Cash Only… Small, cramped and ordering is confusing since everyone is packed together like sardines… Won’t be going back anymore…

A neighbor of mine recommended this bagel store. It’s the best. It’s so much better thank bagel brothers down the block. Pleasant staff and great bagels. My only complaint would be that I pay a different price every day for the same thing.

Decided to try a different bagel store today and was pleased with their selection. All the classic bagels… lots of pastries. Simple but ample menu for breakfast and lunch. Not pretensions like some breakfast places that want to beat you over the head with their prices. Fed the whole family for under $ 19. Great rolls too. Can’t wait to go back… I may have found my new go to bagel store. thanks!

Dirty, sloppy, disgruntled employess. I threw out sandwich after I paid for it because I was so disgusted.

Long Island has been declining. Stale crisp/hard bagels and funky tasting salads. Will NOT be returning here.

Really great for bagels, pastries, and breakfast. Their breakfast sandwich specials are AMAZING. They don’t do sandwich-style(i.e. lox with capers, lettuce, tomato, etc), which is the only reason I gave them a four.

I lived about 5 minutes down the road from here for most of my life. Needless to say I have spent several early mornings in this store trying to get caffeinated for the day by their delicious coffee. The girls who work there are always happy to chat and are so friendly. They always have a good deal in the window, or breakfast special that I can’t help but try. I know I can always count on Holbrook Bagel Bakery to get my order right which may seem simple, but a lot of places today can’t seem to get it quite right. Fast service, excellent bagels, couldn’t ask for anything more than what this bagel store has to offer.

Used to be great. Now everything is smaller and good luck getting the right order. Girls are busy talking and texting.

I live around the corner from the best bagels in the world, and as such I have really become a bagel snob. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with how good the bagels were here. $ 10 a dozen with a qp of cream cheese is a fantastic deal. I will be back next time I wake up in the area.

Yummy bagels. The best in Holbrook. Also, they keep the line moving.

After eating half of my bagel sandwich I turned to the man, who introduced me to HBB, and said«If there is ever a reason to marry you, this is it». When was the last time a bagel made you want to get married on the spot? Huh? That’s what I thought! Nothing makes my morning better than two fried eggs + ham + cheese on a toasted everything bagel. I mean a «real» everything bagel from an old school Jewish bagel store in Long Island, not like the crap we get in Chicago. You know the stuff is good when there is a line that extends outside in to the parking lot at 5:30AM.
