«For a mother of two» as the slogan goes on the phone, this practice couldn’t be any less accommodating to a working mother’s schedule. Even though Dr. Michele is very qualified, her staff is horrible. I called to set up my son’s six month check up and requested a Saturday when I was told there are no appointments available until March 2015. The receptionist at the Holbrook office along with the staff there need to develop some customer service skills. Don’t take your children here unless you want them to be treated like a «cash cow».

Office is very nice and clean but the staff is not so great! Aweful customer service experience with billing questions and scheduling. Took over a week and several phone calls before I had what should have been a simple question answered. Several times the individual who handels scheduling was curt and acted like I was bothering her. My kids have been going here since they opened in Holbrook they both had appointments today and I will not be returning due to the low level of customer service.

I highly recommend. Bright colorful office, video games and toys in the waiting room. Nice caring staff. Dr. Amy and her staff took care of my four children and eased their fear and worries about the dentist.
