I also went to this salon for a haircut & keratin treatment. I have curly hair & had a Keratn treatment (at a different salon) a year & half ago & loved how soft & silky straight my hair was for the entire summer. I thought it would be nice for the holidays. I too waited 5 days, & found my hair had not changed after washing. On top of the keratin not taking properly, the stylist did not mention the haircut until the end of the process, & told me that they do a dry cut. With the keratin my hair came midway down my back & although I told him not to be afraid, it need a good cut & more than a trim, he only cut about an inch… I was exhausted from a long work week & did not say anything, but after washing my hair to find no difference in texture, it is just another major disappointment.
I did not call, I went to their website & posted a comment & asked that they call me at their convenience, I never received a reply.
Be smart, DO NOT WASTE A PENNY HERE.

Great for semi-​perm hair color and cut! Stick with hair, though. The wax breaks me out and the facial is so-​so.

I went to Tigerlily for a haircut and keratin treatment. My stylist, Julie, was very sweet and took a lot of time with me. I liked the haircut. However, after waiting for 5 days to wash my hair after the keratin treatment, I was extremely disappointed to find that the texture of my hair was not at all different than before the treatment, and was no easier to blowdry, style, or straighten. It was a huge amount of time and money to spend on absolutely no benefit, and the haircut really didn’t look good with my hair’s old texture. When I contacted the salon, I was told that the owner would call me the following day. I didn’t hear from her for several days and called again. At that time, she told me that the keratin treatment was «foolproof» (I guess insinuating that I was a liar!). She offered no advice or apologies, and said that there was nothing she could do for me. I found this very unprofessional and would never return to this salon.

Here is another business in Holbrook that I drive there for. Deb, my hair stylist and owner, I have followed here from salon to salon. The hair cuts and color I have gotten there are always good. The staff are very friendly and the service is great.
They have a nail salon and they keep the manicure tools for each customer, which I like in nail salon. They also have massage and other spa services.
