Dunkin’ Donuts

Whenever Lianna makes my coffee it’s perfect! She’s never gotten my order wrong and she’s always so friendly! To be quite honest she’s the reason I always come back to this dunkin. What a great worker!

Every single time i come here they get my order wrong. I stopped coming because of that, then decided to give it another try. I order «turkey cheddar bacon on a French roll» and they repeat it like that back to me, acknowledging that i wanted a French roll, but still give me it on a flatbread.

They are fast and friendly here. We’ve had that experience both inside and at the drive through. It’s clean, has a decent parking lot and they do a good job.

BOTH Dunk’s in Holbrook ARE HORRID. They NEVER, EVER GET an order correct… the coffee tastes BURNT half the time and they are slow s molasses.
I don’t even bother going anymore its that bad!
The servers are MOSTLY ok. but I’ve found many on the drive thry barely speak english so I have to tell them SEVERAL times what my order is. Just agitating.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is a breath of fresh air from most of those located in the area. I’ve only ever been through the drive-​thru, but even this is enough to know it is a notch above the rest. Drive-​thru is quick, there is rarely a line to wait in, and service with a smile! Large parking lot, easy in-​and-​out on a main road, and a cleanly atmosphere.
The best part is: «I’d like a dunkacchino, please.» or «I think I’ll have a Vanilla Bean Coolata.» followed by «That will be [insert paying amount], please drive up.» Never excuses like, «Our hot chocolate machine is broken» or «We don’t carry that.» Success!!! So much better than the one around the corner with all the reasons why they can’t serve you what you want.
Never have a problem here, just wish it were open late night for those caffeine cravings!
