If it weren’t for the perky young girl who served me I would give this place one star. Bagels are almost flavorless and the coffee is a huge disappointment… green mountain brand… sucks. Nice gas fireplace to sit by and read but bring your own coffee…

YUM! So many bagel flavors, and cream cheese out the wazoo! I love how many options there are here. The bagels are delicious! And we had wonderful service here, so I would disregard poor reviews and give it a shot. Try their cherry coffee!

Food and bagels are always great, but I am always so reluctant to stop. Both locations are severely slow! I don’t understand what’s so complicated about toasting a bagel, slapping some cream cheese on it and tossing it in a bag. I frequent the Great American Bagel CO on the NS and I’m in and out in less than 5 mins. BABS? 10 – 12 mins minimum on a good Day when I’m the only one waiting.

We had two tasty sandwiches with some neat bagel chips and pickles recently. Both the chicken salad and the turkey club were good, nicely prepared and served in a reasonable time. Enjoyed the sandwiches while using the wifi. A nice spot.

We recently started a Saturday bagel day with the kids. It has gotten worse over the last few weeks. As the staff is going downhill in terms of helpfulness. Today we ordered in an empty restaurant and waited about ten minutes I went up to see what was going on. My families bagels were sitting next to the toaster, so I asked if I could have our bagels. She blamed someone else for not bringing them to us and never even apologized or acted sorry.
