i drove up to the window and paid, they gave me back my card shut the window and ignored me for while they stood around and talked and was joking around, they are very rude and not friendly in any way shape or form, after 2 emails to corporate about the service i will not go back i am going to starbucks or ziggys the new coffee shop in zeeland, the only reason i am giving them a 1 star is because it won't let me go any lower

This place reminds me of a Dunkin Doughnuts, without the doughnuts. So maybe crossed with a Peet’s coffee if you’ve been east and west. The staff was friendly and very capable at handling technical espresso orders, which was a relief as this is a hit and miss outside of big city cafes. I would go here regularly if I was a local and black coffee wasn’t enough to start me motor in the morning.

Got there at 10:45, hoping to quick get some coffee and a bagel be on the road a little before 11 so I could study and go to work at 12. Got coffee and a bagel at 11:15 and no apology, or explanation for the wait. Also, some of the people working, I could tell weren’t doing anything. There were 3 who stood in front of the coffee machine and seemed to have no organization, it looked like they just threw stuff in there, I think so because everyone around me had some element of the order wrong. Never returning to this location again.

Love this place my writing group meets every Wednesday at 6:30 in the back room. It’s quiet everyone is so nice and they have a great variety of coffee and other drinks.

What is there to complain about Biggby? Nothing. I try and stop here before heading to work my twelve hour night shifts at the hospital, and need my caffeine for the night. I always get a variety of drinks, and always love everything thing. Occasionally I’ll grab a turkey bragle. Service here is always fantastic, always welcoming and super friendly, not one bad thing I have to say about this Biggby!

This review is actually for the Biggby on Douglas Ave. We were there yesterday AM. Three people in front of us, one car in the drive thru. Service was extremely slow. The people who came inside after us received their drinks before us. ??? We ordered a 20oz. and 24oz., and received two 20oz. The barista stated the slip said to 20oz, but we paid for the 24oz. We didn’t get a receipt — we were told you don’t get a receipt unless you ask for one… no apologies were given. The beverages were OK at best; we’re heading back to the D&W Starbuck’s. It’s disappointing — we really like the Biggby in GH.

I love coming here! Everyone is very friendly and always having conversations with everyone. My favorite drink is the butter bear! I wanted to try the chai tea latte and I did, I must say I don’t like it very much. I think Starbucks has the best chai tea.

When I moved to Michigan, I became hooked on Biggby. I love Biggby for their food, drinks, and friendly service(and dog treats!) Holland location needs to start putting sleeves on their hot coffee drinks — I can’t count on one hand how many times I have spilled coffee in my car trying to put a sleeve on a scalding cup of coffee. Love Biggby but I don’t understand how they can produce quality product but scrounge on a 5 cent sleeve

Every time I go to this biggby the mess up the order. I ask for a regular tea and almost always it has milk in it. This makes no sense to me. I would ask for a tea latte if that is what I wanted. They are also extremely slow at this biggby. So if you are in a rush go to Starbucks instead.

We pulled into the drive-through at 10:00am — we pulled right up to give our order, and there was one car who just ordered and another at the window. We did not get to the window and complete our order until 10:15. When we pulled up to the window, it still took a minute to be greeted and even then there was no apology or explanation for the wait. We went to Biggby for the drive-thru, but we would have had better service and better coffee if we had gone to JPs like we originally planned

I frequented Biggby’s flagship store in East Lansing throughout my college career, so I was very happy to have one open in Holland. I had become a huge Starbucks fan, but went into Biggby to get a Birthday drink, and I am so glad that I did. Not only was the staff super friendly and extra helpful with the menu, but they unexpectedly sang me «Happy Birthday», just ’cause! I was so shocked! I have not had this good of service since going to Walt Disney World. I was so a fun trip to get coffee. So refreshing to having shining, happy faces and superb customer service in Holland! Thank you guys! You are a fantastic example of great employees! I will be back! The coffee is good, and the service is even better! Plus, they have a drive-thru!

Ah, how I miss you Carmel Marvel — before Starbucks exploded on the campus of Michigan State, this is the coffee place that I would come to for my caffeine fix. I am so happy that it has expanded to my hometown! It’s my little piece of school that I can have when I go visit my parents. The prices are pretty comparable to other chains. As I was heading back to Chicago, I had to stop in and grab at least a grande Carmel Marvel. It was just like old times. The staff there was so friendly and nice that when she asked if I wanted anything else that I had to accept and take a muffin. Yeah, I was a sucker. As I was waiting for my coffee to be made the General Manager talked with me for a little bit and said that hopefully the franchise will expand to Chicago soon. Yes, please!
