Man!
You guys are so harsh on poor little DD here in Holland.
The three of you only gave it 1 Star apiece.
The coffee is standard for DD; no better, no worse.
The staff does seem disorganized and a bit comical how they step over each other and can’t remember your order.
The donuts are never really good at any Dunkin, so nothing new there.
Yeah, I’ve had way better than everything on the board here. But, is it as bad as finding a mouse in your donut? (Thus, the «Eek!»)

I agree with the other reviewers that the staff here is rude and often gets orders wrong. I actually had one guy there yell at me last summer because I bought a large iced tea when it was on sale for 99 cents and he was upset that I was taking advantage of the sale but probably never bought the stuff when it was at full price. Also, this store ALWAYS has crowds of rude, catcalling teenagers around and/or inside it. I recognize that DD probably can’t do anything about the kids hanging out in the parking lot, but last night my wife and I went into the store and there were 3 – 4 teen boys sitting at a table inside. As soon as we walked in, they started talking about us and laughing at us, and when we left they exploded into laughter, I assume at our expense. The stale doughnuts and inconsistent quality of the iced tea are NOT worth dealing with crap like that. We won’t be going back.

The staff here are so RUDE and IMPOLITE ! You must repeat yourself 3 – 4 times when placing an order, and you still get it WRONG !! And the worst part, is you realize it’s wrong after you already spent your money and are driving away !! It’s coffee and donuts people ! What can be so difficult ?? the side door is always locked, so it’s always congested in the entrance. This store Definately needs better MANAGEMENT !!
