Hands down the best ice cream in town!
The prices are great and you get a decent amount of ice cream. I almost always order one of their sundaes, they are all SO good. From cheesecake, to grasshopper to pumpkin in the fall, they are all amazing. :)
The people that work there are also all very friendly.

Yummy! I had a hot apple dumpling sundae made with the low sugar/​low fat vanilla Honeyhill yogurt. It was amazing! I also had a polish dog; an amped up larger version of a hot dog. quick and friendly service. Will definitely return when I am in the area!

I’m not from this area and my fiancé took me to this place a while back… and we have been going back nearly half a dozen times or more since. First, I must say that the Mr. G’s special had me hooked. Then I decided to try a chili dog and it was also delicious. Better yet, the prices at this place are pretty cheap, affordable, and they have a lot of variety to choose from on their menu. Also, they DO accept credit/​debit cards. I definitely recommend Mr. G’s Barn — we will be going returning again and again!

The Absolute best soft serve ice cream around. Great service, the chocolate soft serve is to die for! The turtle sundae is fantastic! They also have hotdogs and other fast food. Try it you’ll love it!

AWESOME ice cream place! this is the best ice cream i’ve had since i moved from california. you can get an order of nachos and a 44 ounce chocolate shake for like 5 bucks!!!
the staff is always so nice and they move FAST. never had a problem with ordering here.
if they got your order wrong, you didnt speak it clearly or you changed your mind.

We drive past other ice cream places to go to Mr G’s! Their ice cream is cheaper and better than any chain. It’s on par with Mr. Freeze in my opinion!

Another Toledo-​area favorite of mine! Only open ~April-​October, this is my favorite place to get a quick lunch and cold dessert during the summer. Chili dogs and a root beer float on an 80 degree day sure hit the spot. And the Steve Albini peanut-​butter treat is soooo good, and big enough to share. Orange-​vanilla twist cones are a nice novelty too. I usually take my time and sit outside in the picnic area by the trees, but the drive through is a nice convenience. The high school kids who work there are polite and friendly. The prices are cheap and there’s usually some sort of special besides that. Can’t wait until they re-​open!
