Burger Factory

Just ate lunch here at The Burger Factory.
I had the teriyaki chicken and Mom had the fish n chips. The food was good. Mom’s fish was crispy on the outside and flaky yet moist on the inside, not too bad. My teriyaki chicken was pretty much on par with what you’d get anywhere else. Like I said the food was good and the service was very friendly as they even offered to bring my order out to my car for me because I am in a wheelchair. However, when we got our meal they didn’t have Tabasco sauce, which Mom has to have, and they only gave us one fork and only one napkin in our to go bag. Not a huge deal but having none on us, we were forced to share. All in all, it was a good lunch and I will be back for more.

Please read then make your judgement. I been going here for over 5+ years when they had the mom and pop still. When they would take your food to you while you wait in your car after ordering. When they use to take a order over phone, I would tell them I’m 5 min away it my food would be nearly done when I pick it up. When the teriyaki bowl was cheaper and they would load it up with meat. Well times change we all know that but usually change is for the better, not the case here. The new faces of this place are nice nothing wrong with that. They don’t take food to your car now not a huge deal but it was something different, feel special them remembering your order when they had 7 people waiting for food. Now they refer to you as a number or red beeping pager. I’ve called them multiple times before they wouldn’t answer or just let it ring 30+ seconds when it wasn’t busy. (I was across street getting drinks at little market) I’ve told them when they do answer the phone I’ll be 15 mins to get my order go to go my order, haven’t even started yet a customer who was in front of me while I was waiting to pay ordered a lot of food. She got her food first. I had to pay and wait an additional 20 min. That’s why I called my order in so I don’t have to wait. The teriyaki bowl now is lacking meat but yet they want more for it? Hmmm also everyone raves about the burgers, they aren’t anything special they are good I still get them every now and then. A frozen thin patty of meat sometimes a over toasted bun which crumbles everywhere and the fries always over fried. Crunchy fries.

Got a #2 ¼ pound hamburger (no cheese). This is a very good burger. As good as In and Out or better. Fries could have used a bit more salt for my taste, but all in all a great deal for a good burger and fries. This is more a burger stand, with a few outside tables.

The service was fast. The burgers were good, not super greasy and had good flavor. Almost in-​n-​out quality but still nothing special. My daughter seemed to enjoy her teriyaki chicken bowl. The chili cheese dog was a bit of a bummer, my husband said it had way to much bread, you couldn’t taste anything else. Overall I think I will stick with the burgers

Chicken Teriyaki is soooo good. The potato salad is excellent. Very friendly service and fast. Great place!

Excellent burgers. I can’t believe it took me so long to try. Love the shoestring fries and onion rings, they are delicious. Also tried the teriyaki beef bowl. It was great as well. Tender teriyaki beef on rice, very good potato salad and a little green salad. A complete wonderful meal. Why go to fast food when you can have a fresh quality in and out type burger for the same price and wait. I can’t wait to go back. Well done.

The Super Hut Burger was awesome. The fries were hot and tasty. Totally coming back here!

This place has the best burgers in town. The hut cheese buger is what I get. Ingredients are fresh. They buy the stuff they use for the day before work. I know because i used to own a business and we shopped at the same place. Their frys could be better if they bought the more expensive Big C model. But i go here for the burgers! and the only ones i like better are the ones I bbq at home. For the price, one will not find a better tasting higher quality burger in town! Their burgers puts others to shame for the same price imho!

Just popped in for a quick lunch while passing through town. I ordered the chicken basket even though this is the burger factory, and there are awards all over the window for their awesome burgers. I was pleased. The chicken was moist, fries were crispy, and even though it was all deep fried it was not too greasy. Hot and ready in five minutes. Good stuff!

Awesome burgers. Fresh tasting, excellent fries. Order of fries is usually enough to share. The staff is super friendly, you might even get a free beverage or some fried onions as you wait. I love coming here when I want a fresh burger. Wait can be a bit long during lunch rush, but worth the wait.

Wife brought home burgers for dinner, first time at burger factory, probably the last, burgers tasted frozen absolutely no seasoning whatsoever (Even Jack in the box seasons their burgers) fries were average, onion rings were pretty good. not worth the time to stop or the money.

I love their burgers. I wish they would change their fries though, maybe crinkle cut might be better. I love how they bring your food to the car. Great place, great prices.

After a long time saying «we should», we finally did! And boy was it worth it. I got a bacon cheeseburger & hubby got a regular burger w/​no tomatoes, onions or pickles (uugghh calls himself a «purest» lol), and we shared an order of fries. We ordered @ the window & sat outside on the bench to wait. Over & over we saw the owner (?) lady delivering to people waiting in their cars… how cool! We sat in our truck & ate under the shade of a tree. OMG one of the best burgers ever, and I usually only eat my hubby’s grilled burgers cuz he’s a master, so I’m not comparing it to McDonalds! The bun was soft & fresh, the patty cooked perfect & the produce thick & crunchy every single bite. The fries were not too greasy (just greasy & salty enough!), cooked to lightly crunchy. The price for this amazing meal was less than $ 12 for both of us… you’d spend more @ most fast food joints. We brought a giant bottle of water to share. Left full of yummy food & great conversation time. Highly recommended as a spot on your lunch rotation!

After driving by this place for 2 months and reading the Unilocal reviews I stopped in last night. Ordered the double burger with cheese and fries. Burger was tasty nothing special, fries where the tiny shoestring. I guess if you never been to Burger 152 in Gilroy you can rate this high. Five guys is better.

Yummy her name is Chaing. She is way cool she knows what I like. I got a number two. It was awesome. If you get a teriyaki bowl it’s really super yummy they have a potato salad taste really super good yummy Yum I like it. Chang bring the food right to your table yummy Yummy yummy or she can bring it to your car The calamari is really super good

Pretty good (not great) burgers.
Mediocre fries (frozen and not great quality).
Good selection and fair prices.
Successful tiny burger joint with only 2 workers with tiny grill and so be prepared for a long wait.
No restroom.
Very nice personnel.

Good for the price you pay. Since it’s a walk up window-​no tip. You get what you expect. Pre-​made patties but since it’s so cheap, you are not picky.
Tastes good, friendly enough service and fast.

Sorta in-​n-​out-​ish, but it’ll have to do if you’re in this area. Outdoor seating only. Fries were a little weak, and the nuggets looked like the frozen kind you can buy in a store. Don’t expect anything to wow you, but it’ll do when you’re killing time and saving your wallet before a pricey skydive.
