McDonald’s

I like to buy my kids breakfast on my off days and i like to buy them food when im coming back into town after work. Stopped getting breakfast because they gave me a burnt Mc muffin. Now no more dinner because they gave me a chip in my sandwich. GROSS!

Not the quickest or consistent service, I can never get an iced coffee made the same way. I’ve also noticed other McDonald’s are the same as well.
This particular McDonald’s needs to speed up in the drive thru as well. My average wait time in the drive thru is around 6 – 8 minutes. What’s the use of the time counter you drive over? Definitely not being used here.

Reviews on here keep referring to how small this McDonald’s is, and lack of multiple stalls in the bathroom. Keep in mind people this location opened in Nov 1980 when the town had a much smaller population. As for service and cleanliness it doesn’t get any better, really great location to get your cup of coffee or a bite on the go.

What can I say??? 34 seats inside. 44 seats outside.
1 toilet!

This place used to be a value on the go. I dont like how they changed the dollar menu. The exterior off the place is nice, but the inside needs to be regularly cleaned.

Do Not Go during Night Shift! I love mcdonalds however every time I go through the night drive through something is always wrong. Last night at 8:30 we went for something so basic like salad. We got to the pickup window they didn’t know what we had ordered. At home we had two salads and only one dressing and the chicken was crispy cold? It had only been a 1 min drive. Mornings and Afternoon this place is awesome.

SLOW drive-​through service. Not ideal when stopping for ‘quick’ cup of coffee. Often leave out items from orders.

This was the first McDonald’s to hit Hollister in the early 1980s. I can remember going by the place on the school bus while the restaurant was under construction. I have been to this location many times since it’s been around. It has gone through reconstruction of the indoor are a few times since its inception, but the service has always been good. I live across town so I generally only go here if I happen to be in the area. But if I feel up to going, I will make an effort. I’ve never had any problems.

Fries were old =(So disappointed as I usually like McDonalds fries. Burger was standard. Building was surprisingly up to date and clean. Play place on sight for the kids with the plastic balls and all. For someone who doesn’t come to McDonalds often, except maybe when Monopoly is going on, I’m shocked at how much a meal costs! I could get a meal with decent fries and better grade meat in my burger for that price elsewhere.

I’m not much of a fast food go-​er, but this McDonald’s is no different than any of the other McDonald’s I’ve seen. It is however, much smaller than most. We made a quick pit stop here on our way to Pinnacles for some quick breakfast and of course, the potty.
There’s not much to say about franchise fast food, it is afterall, designed to be uniform. The staff here seems pretty friendly, but then again, between doing the potty dance and the need to dash so we can catch up with the rest of the group, I honestly do not really recall. LOL!
Their ladies room was rather clean compared to the average McDonald’s! +1 for clean restrooms! Unfortunately, I’ll have to cancel that +1 for a lack of multiple stalls! :(When you’ve been suck in a moving vehicle for 2 hours while keeping your pea-​sized bladder from exploding, just 30 seconds can seem like an eternity!
This seems like the go-​to place for the locals as there were quite a few older gentlemen sitting around chatting it up with a cup of Joe.
Overall, a nice small town feel to this small town McDonald’s!
