Mountain Mike’s Pizza

Mountain Mikes has very well food. Not only is the food great but it is family friendly it has an arcade for kids and tv’s for adults. It is not at all pricy.

I have come in here several times for the lunch buffet but I just ate there for the last time.
On several occasions I have seen the girl working the register touch the salad bar items with her bare hands that she has been handling money and God knows what else with. I stopped coming for a long time because the thought of her dirty hands touching my food made me sick to my stomach.
My friend insisted we eat there a few days ago. I thought maybe she would have got a clue by now. So I ate there and was pleased to see that she was wearing a glove on one hand. Progress. WRONG I was. She was handling the money at the register using both hands and then touching the food with that glove.
I walked up to ask for a cup of water for my son and noticed a young girl in the back eating a slice of pizza while she was preparing food. Sorry but I don’t think its sanitary in the slightest to be preparing food while putting your own food in your mouth.
I won’t be coming back. I’d rather miss a lunch date with a friend then return and get sick eating here.

We called in and ordered a pizza for pick up. On the phone, the guy was very polite and friendly.
However when we went in, we were treated very rudely. I paid for my order and instead of the cashier going in the back to check our order she said rudely she will go check it right now. She continued to take other orders and even got another customers pick up order (who came in after us) before ours without even checking on ours or updating us. She continued to pour pitchers for dine-​in customers while we continued to wait. Then she finally went up to us and asked us, what was the name that our order was under again after about 15 minutes of us waiting, and finally brings out our order. We were not told to have a good evening, thank you or anything. Our pizza was not hot, so it must have been ready for awhile and she didn’t check.
Name of cashier on the receipt was Diana — a young brunette with a black piecing on her nose. Horrible customer service!

Outstanding pizza I’ve never had a bad one ever replaces highly recommended and the other side foods are outstanding goods if you ever knew to town check out Pizza from mountain Mikes service is excellent doesn’t take him long to make one

Well pretty much after having waited about 2 hours for my pizza, I get it and well what can I say it was a cold, undercooked pizza. Was very disappointed in this experience not ordering again from here

We just had dinner there tonight. The service was really good and the pizza was good too however, we have a very big complaint. The whole time we were trying to enjoy our dinner, the service person who takes care of the arcade games was servicing the coins and tokens, constantly making so much noise the entire time. It was very inappropriate and disruptive to our dinner and I know to others as well. Numerous customers were staring at him as he just SAT there making so much noise with the coins. Thus happened beginning at 6:10 p.m. until the time we left going on for more than an hour. We will not return.

I’ve never had a bad pizza here and honestly my kids love it! Get the chicken luau pizza it’s delicious! Delivery is always on time and pizza is consistent every time.

I went to mountain mikes pizza last night, been a while since I haven’t been there, and noticed a lot of changes. First thing that I noticed was that they took out the top part so it’s one floor now. Second thing was they have big screens t. v every where you turn to. And the third thing that I saw when walking into the restroom was that they remodeled the restrooms. They looked great, so elegant. My kids had great time playing the arcade games for a nickel a game. Very convenient ! Pizza was good and the salad bar was great too. We will be coming more often now.

I Love Mountain Mikes Pizza. BUT after today’s experience I’m not longer a customer.
I placed my order for pick up, I get there it’s ready she Rings me up to $ 36 I had only ordered a L combo & L Pepperoni and an order of Jalapeño poppers, Tuesday is there 50% off specials. I paid with my debit card and she hands me my receipt which is a written receipt I tell her I’m waiting on my official receipt she then tells me NO this is your receipt a hand written carbon copy receipt. She then walks to the back and has me waiting for a good 5−8min and doesn’t return and all I want is a printed receipt from the computer. Hmmm It was strange to me that the two other ladies that walked in and paid with a debit card got an official receipt that was printed from there computer except me. I then asked for a complete refund and the new girl tells me oh let me get the lady to help you I’m new here. The lady then finally decides to come help me & I asked her for the refund and she was surprised. She tells me oh sorry it’s that we have a new system.
I’m still confused as to why they would want to give me a carbon copy receipt as to an actual printed receipt. The lady at the other register was giving receipts just fine.

I love mountain mikes! I always get pizza here. They have the mountain size pizza which is great since I have a big family. I think their pizza is the best in Hollister. They are kind of slow, but the taste makes up for it. :-)

Pizza is ok. The size in not correct, our large was def not 14 in. The girl that waited on us was incredibly rude. The people behind us complained about her too.

Granted I’m not a local, but if I was I’d probably be kicked out of mountain mikes for constantly coming in an out like a creepy deranged ex-​girlfriend. Their pizza is friggin amazing, seriously! I’m always going to be a toppers gal at heart, but when I’m out of town and need to get my pizza fix this is where it’s at. The pizza is always so nomtastic and warm, with its gooey cheese and thick tomato sauce (yep I said thick people, and I do like it it’s flavorful!) and of course all it’s delicious toppings (the McKinley=win)! Sure they probably don’t make their ranch at site and their salad bar isn’t like fmakqpdcjapapz!!! status (new word y’all!) but like I give two fudge sickles I came in for the pizza nammit! The workers are always oh so friendly and they always manage to make me crack up even when I look like I’m ready to murder a bear. You rock mountain mikes, my pizza away from the ox pizza!

Super customer service:) They have a real helpful staff here. I once had to get my pizza redone:/ and they were so cool about it, Not all bitchy like other places lol. Also I saved a load of money the other day when one of the workers let me know about their 50% off promotion:) Pretty cool, I will be coming back here.

My husband and I live in San Rafael and we head out to Hollister quite often for some awesome dirt biking. Usually we camp but when we can only make it up for a night we stay at the best western and mountain mikes has become our Hollister delivery tradition. We love the sizzling bacon classic and the garlic cheese bread. Also the cliff hanger sandwich is pretty yummy! It’s easy, affordable, and they seem to always get the order right. Thanks mountain mikes!
