Pidd Margaret

I see there are a few poor reviews for Margaret Pidd. I have been using Margaret as my property manager for close to ten years. I know that she is a tough cookie. That being said, she went the extra mile for me in finding a suitable renter for my home, even to the extent of checking out their previous home before signing them as renters for my home. I am certified in residential property management myself. I know the difference between good management and bad. I hired Mrs. Pidd because I know that being and absentee property owner is not good. (I moved to So. Cal) This is not a business for the faint of heart. The renter and the owner are both managed equally and according to the law. I find the decline of fixing a leaking sink has more to the story than told. No one under my management was ever declined basic repair and I would never hire anyone who did not adhere to my own standards of top quality management. I am sorry to see any negatives against her.

This woman is one of the rudess people I have ever dealt with. I have no idea why she is in the line of work she is or how she stays in business. I only inquired on a home and was treated very badly. I would never list my home with this woman. The only house she has now must be hers or a relatives; because no one in their right mind would have this person represent their interest.

There was nothing «professional» about this management company. Not helpful at all and EXTREMELY rude. Worst experience ever. I would never want to make anyone feel as low as this woman did to my Mother and I.
